Overall a very nice hotel. Reception staff is friendly and helpful with everything. Breakfast is also very good , much options to choose from. We only had the afternoon noodles one time but it was yummy. The Japanese hot spring-like experience is located at the very top, not much to say, it's a hot bath but it felt nice after a long day of walking. Location is not super good but a nice walking distance for transportation. Room was just as described on trip.
Only downside was the shower , the wall started coming off when used the other shower head, did not get a heads up so it kind of fell on me. Other than this everything was nice!!

Great stay woth chengdu blue city hotel!
Breakfast was more authentic than the International hotel we had stayed be4 in China. Staff were very friendly n helpful! Make our holidays memorable!!!

Very clean hotel with hot spring, and the breakfast selection is great. Within walking distance to Kuanzai Alley.

Location is easy to access. The hotel facilities quite excellent with full of services included breakfast that have a variety of food. If it's better if there have refrigerator in room.
But, that is not friendly for tourist who cannot speak Chinese cause some staff cannot ask Airport taxi for my friends they rejected us and told that we have provided by ourselves.

Overall a nice hotel with big rooms, comfortable bed and tasty breakfast, the location is also good although you have to have in mind that you need a 15-18minutes walk to the next metro station. Only the service at the reception stroke me as very average, not particularly friendly.

Great service and excellent food! On our early arrival of 9am, we were allowed to check in. Room was clean and smelled fresh though it was supposed to be smoking room. One thing about this hotel is they never stop feeding you with their Sichuan delicacies, that you would be given free delicacies from afternoon till night. Of special mention is their house keeping team who timely pick up the bag that left behind by our son after we checked out. Will definitely choose this hotel when visiting Chengdu, and also recommend this to friends!
