Perfect services that we have had. Rooms are nice (yes, we had 2 rooms booked). Breakfast is nice, vegetarian friendly. Staff is helpful even booking local tickets for us, you know how tedious when booking a local tickets into various extractions places

Service is always top notch at this establishment. Probably has the best team in Chengdu. Room had a bit of a smokey smell this time. But generally a good stay nevertheless.

Beautiful hotel and clean room. Especially the house keeping 宋水容，she very touching,will write a small note for me, she send the fruits to my room and observe i like to drink coffee,she put more coffee capsule for me.overall good experience to stay in this hotel.

The Hotel is great. 5-star hotel by Wanda. The room is spacious, oriental-style room. It has a massage chair, big bathroom with a bathtube. The most important thing is the quietness from outside noises including ur neighbours. I think the room is very comfy and warm to our liking. This time my booking includes a breakfast that cost about 35usd for 2 person, which i thinks the food is ok. Nothing fancy. Has no wow factor for us. It s a standard 5-star breakfast buffet. I found no local breakfast delicacy. But i didnt expect too much as it is a 5star hotel catering to international guests. Overall, our stay was great.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Greatly pleasant hotel

The service is excellent - from the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly, and very accommodating. Hotel has a Gatsby vibe, tall ceiling with luxury paintings and chandeliers.

We loved our room and the staff at Wanda Reign. The help we received was unparalleled, both from Sini our butler and Don Dong. They went out of their way to solve our questions and answered us super quickly on everything we asked for. They are extremely knowledgable and friendly, they were always available for us. The room is luxurious and we were spoilt with the Dyson hairdryer, fresh fruit and L’Occitane toiletries. Super comfortable beds! We highly recommend to stay at Wanda Reign.

Fantastic hotel in a great location for exploring Chengdu. Amazing views out over the city. Great breakfasts. 10 minute walk from two different metro stations.

We have spent 3 nights at Wanda Reign Chengdu and it was a great experience. The hotel, the whole staff, the breakfast were superb. Special thanks to Claude, the concierge who really made our life easier at any moment. All of these, and of course the panda, made our Chengdu experience fantastic and we look forward to spending more time in Chengdu and at Wanda Reign. Thanks to the whole team.

Excellent service, great hotel. Quiet, spacious and great spread for breakfast. Highly recommended for a more luxury stay.

Really nice hotel, enjoyed my stay. Particularly thankful to Concierge Manager, Mark Yang 杨林, who was extremely helpful in providing suggestions on places to visit as well as on some admin / logistical matters like flight check in issues. There was another young gentleman from the concierge team (night shift) i like to thank as well but didnt get his name. Very much appreciate the hospitality shown by the concierge team during my stay! On a side note, the experience with receptionist doing check in probably could be improved. I was facing an issue with my Didi car ride payment from the airport, but she was mainly concerned with obtaining my booking details for the check in.

I was very delighted and thankful for the services provided by Claude. Very helpful staff and friendly. He even helped me to order food as well as I have difficulty ordering the taxi to the hotel and ordering food from their local app. Definitely thumbs up for the excellent services.
