We had fantastics stay at Rhombus Park Aura Chengdu Hotel. The staff is very nice,friendly and helpful. The room is very big and spacious. The hotel location is at the heart of Chunxi Road shopping area 🥰

Location wise is a good hotel as opposite hotel there’s very nice hotpot - 冯校长火锅.. and walking distance have chagee and heytea as well.. overall a nice spot but this is first time staying at 5 star hotel and no one offer to help you carry luggage and have to carry ourself to the room.

Staffs are very friendly. Front desk, front doormen, cleaning staffs all were friendly. But room was mediocre and moldy shower rooms. Location is good.

Staff are very friendly. When we arrived and found out there was a cigarette smell in our non-smoking room, they immediately upgraded us to a suite. When we were leaving the hotel, the manager Ms. Mia Zhou came out to say good bye. The hotel breakfast was food heaven and my local friends were also surprised that the hotel offered so many Chengdu delicacies. There are many restaurants in the neighbourhood. The pool is quite big but not heated and only opened from 10am to 10pm during May to October. The street front room was a bit noisy.

The location is good, walking distance to taikooli and chunxi road, not so crowded area and quiete! The front desk staff are very friendly and informative, the staff (male, body size slightly bigger) is very polite, he recommended me various good food in chengdu. All are super nice and delicious!!!!

Clean hotel in great central location with friendly staff. Only negative is that we were charged for very expensive bottles of water left out on a table by the door which we only later realised were part of the minibar offering. Felt unnecessary to do this in order to make a few extra yuan.

Ha, again I am back to stay at the hotel. This time round am not being upgraded to be larger better room. But that is fine. I still like the location of the hotel which is slightly away from the busy street of 春熙路。
