Atour S Hotel Chengdu Taikoo Li

The hotel’s location is excellent. It’s right next to Taikoo Li and within walking distance of several shopping malls, making it extremely convenient for shopping and dining. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. However, the room was quite small, and the furniture, especially the bed and sofa, looked worn and outdated. The interior design was underwhelming, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. I was particularly disappointed because this hotel markets itself as a five-star property. I’ve stayed at regular Atour hotels that were only three stars. Those hotels had newer, better-maintained rooms with much nicer interiors. This hotel fell well short of my expectations for a five-star stay.

Everything was good (location, breakfast, laundry). Stayed in executive 2 bedroom but was not happy with the hole or gap as shown in photo. Ventilation hole too near the bed and the light at the fridge/hallway couldn't be switched off as it is connected to the bathroom and toilet. Making it too bright when we sleep.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just minutes away from Taikoo Li Chengdu and popular attractions such as Night Tour of Jinjiang. There are also plenty of dining options around the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for visitors. The service was truly outstanding. The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. A special thanks to Yuzu (柚子), who went above and beyond to assist us with renting a shared bicycle when we were short of one account. Her kindness and initiative made our trip much smoother, and we greatly appreciated her help. Combined with its excellent location and exceptional service, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Chengdu. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The attentive and friendly staff along with the location make this a top choice of mine whenever in Chengdu. It was my wife’s birthday and they helped order a bouquet of flowers and provided a complimentary birthday cake: outstanding! Many many thanks to all the wonderful staff

The room was very clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is very convenient to get around the city and see all the sightseeing sights. The area is very calm and quiet. Breakfast was good, but a bit cold. I would prefer more vegetarian options for breakfast. The staff was always helpful and friendly. We even got a complimentary panda and magnet.

Booked 2 rooms and both were upgraded to a higher category room with better view and complimentary breakfast. When we forgot our room cards, they would come and help us open the lift to access our floor and our rooms. Special thanks to 柚芽，柚子 and 西瓜子 for their excellent service.

We stayed for three nights at this hotel after seeing good online reviews. Great location at Taikoo Li within 7-min walk to Chunxi Road. Plenty of F&B, Retail and amenities around the area. Clean and contemporary hotel, seems pretty new in good condition. Thank you for great service by upgrading us to two-bedroom suite room with comfort, cleanliness and good range of amenities. Would definitely stay at Atour S group if we are back in China.

Very nice hotel near to all attractions easy to find food and shopping and easy to walk around and get fabulous milk tea

Excellent and great location,surrounding by all the branded boutique.Especially is just located at beside the popular Michelin star restaurant (马旺子).Room is spacious and clean ,hotel staff also friendly and helpful .
