Kempinski Hotel Chengdu recensioner

Nice hotel, clean and the price was fair for what you get, but we were in off season so I'm not sure what it will be during regular times. The biggest issue all of us had was that the AC doesn't really work so the room is always a bit too warm to be able to sleep, none of us really slept well even though the bed is comfortable. Also can hear people outside the room all the time and I woke up many times during the night because people open the doors for other rooms in the corridor. I guess it could be nicer if the AC would work or the weather won't be too warm outside when we visited it was 35° during daytime which was way too hot for a room to not have proper AC. The bar downstairs and their beer is quite nice.

One of the best hotels I have been in China, very clean, great service and very helpful and kind staff from the door man, reception and cleaners. I really enjoyed my time there and will definetly go there again. It is very foreigner friendly in every way.

Good location hotel rooms renovated but the public area a bit aged.

Perfect for a short stay. rooms are quite, clean and fully renovated. Other facilities like gym and pool quite outdated.

I had a larger suite, which was beautifully designed and decorated. Great amenities and access to executive lounge was a pleasant bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel

Value for money! Room is huge and the bed is ultra comfortable!!! If one comes to CD, remember to consider Kempinski.

We had the suite including the package for high tea and breakfast in the executive lounge, which we found absolutely worth the price Nice and helpful staff, at the front desk as well as shoe cleaning, in room dining, room cleaners.... Very good customer experience. The room was exceptionally clean and also looked after by the staff a few times during the day. Also the pool area was very clean and enjoyable, we just missed a steam room and a sauna.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights , beautiful and spacious, well kept. Breakfast was buffet style with wide variety of dishes, with a sizeable play area for younger kids. Staff were polite and efficient. We and our children wished we could stay for a few more nights in this hotel. We would stay in this hotel the next time we visit chengdu.

Room is nice and clean, but air conditioner made room too warm

Nice upscale hotel with very modern decor throughout. Excellent breakfast also great choices for dinner or just to have a drink. Outstanding service.

Good hotel near to the subway. Generous amount of food served at the Executive lounge. Room layout has an open concept bathroom with no doors. It gets cold during showers

Location is not convenience for shopping. Staffs are not quite friendly. Anyway, breakfast is very good.

Very nice hotel. Great room comfy bed very good shower. Bit annoying they insist on a deposit though feels like you are paying twice. Hopefully refund will be speedy.
