Wonderful hotel, delicious food, nice staff. Everything is clean, comfortable, easy to travel👍

The location is great, big room and nice breakfast. Good value for money. The hotel is a bit outdated.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at minyuon suniya hotel. The rooms had great views and was very clean. All the staff at reception were super friendly and helpful with recommending places to see/do in Chengdu - especially Garey Li and Aaron who helped us tremendously with organising our day trip to Emeishan , getting tickets to the Panda centre and also going above and beyond with helping us with a Meituan delivery. The cleaners were also very friendly and thoughtful with helping us hang our laundry in our room for us so they would dry quicker. We were also pleasantly surprised with the thoughtful panda toy gift in our room 😃 Would highly recommend this hotel as the location was also great where most places were a 10-15 minute drive away. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Chengdu.

Hotel upgraded my booking to room with river view. Nearest eateries are more than 500 m away.

It's a nice stylist hotel. Clean. Breakfast buffet was only okay, food that should've been warm was a bit cold most mornings. There is a restaurant outside the window that is quiet loud at night but they stopped by the time we went to bed (midnight). Location is fine if you are happy to call a taxi to any attractions.

There are guests smoking in women toilet at 1st floor for so many times… but this hotel have a great breakfast… real nice

Room 2605 was excellent. Highly recommended. Garey Li was really good in helping me to settle down here at this Chengdu hotel. The swimming pool is excellent plus the fitness gym was good

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, friendly staff and the location in the center of Chengdu is good. The swimming pool was not comfortable. Very cold and no nice decoration.

Hello fellow travelers! I recently stayed at a hotel in the city center and wanted to share my experience, which had a mix of positives and negatives. Initially, the hotel had a pleasing appearance, but unfortunately, the overall service and cleanliness left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I encountered a chaotic scene at the front desk, with a lot of noise and commotion. This continued during the check-in process, which was quite bothersome. Once I entered the room, I noticed a pleasant view, but my disappointment grew when I realized that the room wasn’t adequately cleaned. To make matters worse, I discovered that the toilet paper roll provided was clearly used and not new. This was completely unacceptable and a clear violation of cleanliness standards. Furthermore, I encountered issues with the shower head. It didn’t function properly. In addition, the shower head and fixtures were covered in limescale, indicating a lack of maintenance and attention to detail. To add to the list of disappointments, the scale provided in the room for weight measurement was non-functional. This was an inconvenience, especially for those who rely on accurate weight measurement during their travels. I believe it’s crucial for hotels to prioritize cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction. Discovering a used toilet paper roll, encountering a faulty shower head, and experiencing a non-functional scale were major letdowns. On a more positive note, the hotel’s breakfast was average, nothing exceptional. Since I’ll be staying in Chengdu for two more days, I decided to switch to another hotel. Regrettably, I won’t be considering this hotel for future stays. I hope this feedback will serve as an opportunity for the hotel to address these issues and improve their overall service, cleanliness, maintenance, and attention to detail. Very satisfied with the stay. The location is great , close to the metro station, great view from the window, was living on 24th floor. The room service is very warm. Nice, tidy room

酒店服務超棒👍🏻特別是管家phyllis，提前詢問了入住需求，安排的房間我很滿意！周邊簡直不要太方便！步行5分鐘就到九眼橋夜生活區，晚上沿着錦江散步，吹着晚風看街頭藝人表演，煙火氣十足。穿過兩條街就是本地人超愛的老街區，鍋盔、串串、川菜館扎堆，凌晨還能吃到熱乎的夜宵。
