We reallly enjoyed staying this wonderful and gorgeous hotel. The ladya, Xiaofu, was very kind and helful!

Amazing experience in this hotel. The location is great too. The decoration is one of a kind. Want to especially compliment the staffs here, they are very helpful and kind. 小李and 小曾 were very nice to us throughout the stay! Highly recommended :)

We had an amazing stay here. I would definitely recommend, I just wish we had more time to stay longer.

Very nice hotel, fairly close to subway so easy to get around. Right next to a key attraction for sightseeing. Personally assisted by staff member Zeng for all our needs and requirements

I love this heritage hotel. The rooms are so comfortable and the staff are so accommodating and friendly. As a non-Chinese speaker, I felt so welcomed and taken care of, and slept so comfortably after long days out. Thank you to the staff, especially Cong Li and Wang Hejin, for the warm hospitality.

We were a bit early ahead of usual check in time but they were kind enough to give us room within the hour. We had a good spacious room which was clean and tidy. It was quiet at night with minimal noise. Service by front desk was excellent. We enjoyed our breakfast spread. Overall a great stay. Hope to be back again !

A hotel located just beside the Wenshu Monastery. About 10 minutes walk from the subway station. The hotel is very nice and you can feel the old Chinese culture. Our room was on the 2nd floor but there is no elevator in this hotel. No staffs helping me with my heavy luggage so I had to carry it all the way up and down.

It was a great stay. Near the walking street. Xiao Fu was engaging and patient.

This is a great hotel. When checking in, the hotel staff allowed me to see multiple rooms and choose the one I liked best. I also had some trouble receiving packages from Taobao which they helped me with. Super responsive over Wechat and went above and beyond. Specifically recommend Li Cong at the front desk. Also, the free drink at the Whisky Bar is nice as the bar is lively and has great drinks. The room and hotel grounds were very well maintained and full of character. Highly recommend for Chinese speaking foreigners!

Very average room design, but location is convenient as it is located just around Wenshuyuan. During the night we can hear snores from other room 😥 bad sound insulation is a very big turned off.

Really great experience. The hotel location is amazing and everything is decorated in an old traditional style matching the surrounding neighbourhood. Service was outstanding. Will come again 10/10. 小伏和小李服务很好

Overall very good. Surrounded by beautiful traditional Chinese architecture! Large room. Free snacks and drinks. There is a self little garden that you can cook and drink some tea there (unlucky that I don’t have enough time to enjoy for my rush itinerary). Some downsides are that the hotel is far away from subway, and the entrance can be difficult to recognise because the title reads “theatre”. Not sure good or bad: you may get lost inside the hotel as it it large and every building looks similar.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The stay was very enjoyable and the location was very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here. 小伏服务很热情
