The Hidden House Chinese Hotel (Chengdu Chunxi Road & Tianfu Square Branch) recensioner

Stayed here for two nights, and l'd love to say that the stay was amazing! The room came with some snacks and fruits, and it was very clean. There's also a tea area with amenities where you can relax or get some work done. The staff were friendly and even upgraded my room to one with a window, which I greatly appreciated. I requested a non-smoking room, and they accommodated my request without any issues. The staff also gave great suggestions on where to buy Sichuan snacks, and all my queries on WeChat were answered promptly. Highly recommended!

A hidden gem! Good location with nice food beside the hotel. Huge rooms and friendly staffs. Will book again.

Cozy and spacious hotel that was a walking distance to IFS! It was sweet that they even provided a small snack basket with a handwritten note.

Very recommended to stay in this hotel. Quite clean give for 10 stars out of 10, service same 10 stars. The amenities give for 1000 stars, why ? Because came with welcome tea, food and drinks.

Located about 10mins walk away from Chunxi road. Room is very big, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when we back to Chengdu next time.

My friend came to visit China from the U.K. and we booked two rooms. My boyfriend and I stayed in one and my friend had the room next door. Both rooms were excellent, quite large and equipped with all necessities. The bed was really comfortable and a robot even came to give us a welcome basket of fruit and snacks. The location is excellent, within biking distance from anywhere you’d want to see; Wenshu monastery, tai koo Lee, ifs etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful, provided us with tea when waiting for a didi and let us keep our bags behind the reception which allowed us to go out for the day before our afternoon train home. I would definitely recommend staying here again

The location is good, you can walk to downtown in 10-15 mins. There are convenient stores, food shops around the hotel. You may hear noises from the street in your room during rush hours but for me it was alright. Most of the staffs are nice. I forgot my charger there and the hotel contacted me through Wechat. This is very caring. The room is clean and nicely decorated. Nice experience, good place to stay. Great value!

Fantastic hotel not too far from Chunxi Rd or Tianfu Square so very central. Super clean and spacious room with amazing staff. We can’t speak any Chinese and they were fantastic at communicating without using English. Would highly recommend. Convenience store and coffee shop close by as well.
