It’s was a great stay at Iseya Hotel. The location was right opposite the Tianfu Square and linked to a mall. The subway/metro train is just across the road. The service is top notch and you have 24hrs butler service to help you pick up your food and drinks delivery, and even courier packages. Service recovery was very fast also when there was a small mishap. Really recommended! 这次的高空酒店之旅是一次难忘的体验。从优越的地理位置、便捷的交通到贴心的管家服务、绝美的景色和完善的设施，都让我感到无比满意。特别是房间管家小花和亚妹的服务，让我对此次旅行留下了深刻的印象。我相信，这次的高空酒店之旅将是我人生中一段美好的回忆，有机会还会再来的。

Hotel is located in a office building, dropping off and picking up is not as convenient, but its still located beside a mall that had eateries and lil shopping. Other than that, i have to commend the staff of Iseya Tianfu from front desk to their butlers on their impeccable service! They always respond swiftly to the wechat requests and we had an enjoyable stay in chengdu. Special staff I wanna commend are 糕糕， 媛媛, 南风, 芃芃。 阿妹 and for those who served us during our stay room 3813. I am grateful for their instant help when my daughter lost her hp as well as when she was unwell. Overall, i do still recommend Iseya Tianfu to visitors of chengdu!

I hardly write any review or praise on any hotel. But decided to write review for this hotel. 1. Truly amaze with the service of this hotel. It is like a Haidilao version of Hotel. Exceptional butler services especially KeKe. She is really very kind, helpful and polite. 2. The hotel even have services of pool bubble party and have free laundry. 3 Truly recommended to stay here if you are in Chengdu. The location is also very strategic at Tianfu square. Very easy to move around. 4. The room is spacious with big bathtub, separate shower and toilet area

it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding; the staff (亚妹&糕糕）went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, welcoming me with genuine smiles and helpful assistance throughout my stay. The environment of the hotel was equally impressive. The lobby was beautifully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, and my room was both spacious and impeccably clean, offering stunning views that added to the overall ambiance.

This hotel is gorgeous and the views of the surrounding city are spectacular. You can see Tianfu Square and the science museum nearby, which looks awesome day and night. The rooms are clean and the housekeeping staff even tidied my array of charging cables while I was away, leaving a lovely handwritten note. The room we stayed in has an enormous spa bath feature that is pure joy to soak in after a hot summer day touring the city.

Had a great 4D3N stay in this fabulous hotel in Chengdu. Location is directly beside Tianfu Square with plenty of shops, restaurants within the vicinity. The building is also connected to the subway station. In addition to the room’s aesthetics, always impressed by how well the room is cleaned and tidied each day. The butler service provided by our dedicated staff 媛媛 was great. She is very friendly and prompt in helping us solve any of the issues we encountered. Will definitely recommend if you are visiting Chengdu.

Disappointing, heating not working for the first 2 days. Local places to eat open later morning and there is no breakfast option at the hotel.

Staff and location is great, but one major flaw of this hotel is the inability to adjust your aircon temperature as it’s apparently ‘set by the building’. We went during November and only had the option to either turn on the AC which only blows heat at really high preset temperature, or turn off the AC which is then too cold due to winter season. Solution the staff gave us was to turn on the AC when we feel like the room is too cold, which does not make sense as who would wake up in the middle of the night to regulate room temperature. Hope the hotel fixes this soon!
