Their warm and thoughtful service truly touched our hearts ❤️. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed 😊. I casually mentioned that it was my husband's birthday 🎂, and to our surprise, they went above and beyond to celebrate it with us 🎊. The unexpected gesture was both thoughtful and memorable 🥰.

I had a great stay at Kuanrong Suites. The location is excellent close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Xiaoyu, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

One of the best hotel I have ever been!
The hotel's location is superb, walkable to Taiguli and ChunXi Road.
Thumbs up for the receptionists, especially 小代 and 小雨 for their friendliness and great personality.
They encouraged us to add their wechat and I asked them for anything I need, including the citywalk route.
Thank you so much for the hospitality!
I will definitely make my visit soon!

The rooms ventilation were extremely bad, and the guests smoke in the rooms causing the strong smell flow into other rooms constantly, despite I explicitly asked for non smoking floor and room. Apparently, hotel reverted they cannot control other guests smoke in the room. If you cannot bear with smoke or traveling with young kids, not recommended to stay here. In general, their services are good, reacted fast to compliant and orders. The whole experience was fine until unpleasant feeling during check out, the reception pressured me to write a good review and spell out her name.

I had the most amazing experience staying at Kuanrong Suites Hotel (Taiguli Store, Chunxi Road, Chengdu)! This is, without a doubt, the best hotel service I’ve ever received in my lifetime.
The staff were incredibly helpful, and I want to give a special mention to Xiao Wen and Xiao Yue. They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, their warmth and attentiveness stood out. On the day of our departure, they even helped us carry our luggage all the way to the car, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
The hotel itself is fantastic, but it’s the exceptional service that truly sets it apart. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chengdu. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Front desk staff was nice, agreeable to delay late checkout & helped to collect my parcels way before i arrived.
小月小文 helped w the checkout and assisted in everything you ask/need.
definitely worth to stay in this hotel bf they provide 3 meals/day!

This is an amazing hotel. Great location, walking distance to city center and all popular restaurants. The closest Subway entry is only 200m away and it will take you to 90% of popular tourist spots.
The staff was amazing too. Each of them are friendly. My dad left his wallet in room for a day trip. I messaged the front desk staff, they kept the wallet until we back from the day trip.
The room was spacious, each room has bed room and a small lounge.
The hotel has all the service that you could imagine, like free afternoon tea, free night drink, free laundry and etc.
It was a extremely pleasant stay in this hotel. Thank you!

Kuanrong Suites Hotel is very clean. The location is unbeatable. It is close to subway. The staff was very friendly and tentative. They provided us an early check-in and stored our luggage free of charge for a few hours after we checked out. We got a free upgrade as well. Really appreciate help from XIAO YUE and all the staff working there. The food is delicious. We will book this hotel whenever we will visit Chendu.
