Alltid bekvämt att bo på ascott. Pentryt är mycket bra med kvalitetsapparater och köksutrustning. Inredningen börjar bli lite gammal men den är fortfarande ren och snygg. Frukosten är dock lite nedslående. Inte mycket variation och inte särskilt tilltalande. Slutade med att äta frukost ute efter första dagen.

The room was big and very spacious. It was nice to have our family get to be in the same room without crowding and limited space. The kitchen and laundry was functional. We were able to enjoy the pool and had a relaxing moment at the spa. Take outs and food delivery was so convenient since grocery and restaurants are within the building, no need to go out. You can also do shopping hassle free.

Overall a good stay after initial discomfort. I was initially given a corner room with an odd long layout where the door opened to a fridge and study desk in the middle of a corridor with the bed at one end and an old empty cabinet at the other. Space around the bed was too cramped to place luggage, and there was no mini kitchen unlike photos of this room type. The hotel acceded to my second request for room change on the second day (saying it was full on the first).The changed room was as represented in the photos and I could sleep at ease without staring down a dark corridor. I liked that the room sound proofing was quite good, gym was well-equipped, pool was clean and functional.

The location and facilities are good. Breakfast varieties enable us to taste those local food that are spicy. The room is equipped with washing machine and dryer that enable us to clean our clothes.

Whilst the service was pretty good, the room a good size, and the location above a mall offered good options for sourcing supplies and meals, the interior of the hotel was looking its age, and getting away from the location was a bit tiresome. There was no direct acceas to the subway; instead you had to walk through the shopping mall, walk down a shoddy street for about 3 mins past a busy construction site, and then cross one of the major thoroughfares of Chengdu, all the time on the lookout for the delivery riders. Not very good value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, close to everything I needed. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy and fast. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Booked a non smoking room. But the room we got is full of cigarette smell! And worst there is ashes left by previous guest i supposed. So much for cleaning up the room before giving to the next guest. Feedback and they say will handle. Back after a day out, the ash is still there and room still smell badly. Was recommended by a friend. Guess i won't stay here again if I visit ChengDu.

Extremely excellent location - right above a shopping mall with the MRT a few mins' walk away. Room was nicely decorated, spacious, came with a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and large fridge. The living room was particularly spacious. The bathroom and separate walk in wardrobe were also nice! bath amenities were from Appelles. Some comments: swimming pool was terribly small, and Trip.com showed an "outdoor swimming pool" which turned out to be the shopping mall's fountain. TV was also very old, not smart, with pixelated/blur channels (which were also very limited). Lovely staff at reception: helped with calling my airline to cancel a flight as I had a change in plans. Breakfast was average.

I always stay here when I come back to Chengdu to visit family. The location is conveniently located near No 1 subway line. The rooms are very spacious and clean. All the rooms are equipped with microwave, washer/dryer and stove top. The gym is 24 hrs and breakfast at Horizon is adequate. All in all, a good hotel to stay in Chengdu.

The hotel is right beside a shopping centre with many restaurants with delicious and reasonably priced food. It is also a 3 minutes walk to the metro station. The service staff is friendly and efficient. The apartment comes with a washing machine and a kitchen, very useful for longer stays. Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located in a big mall in the city center. The rooms aren’t new, but clean and tidy. We’ve stayed at this hotel before and probably will stay again. The only thing - the housekeepers care not that people want to rest at the hotel and not listen to them shouting in the corridors all day long from 8 am, this was super annoying and felt like I live in the student dormitory, not at the hotel. Hopefully the hotel management will read this comment and do a good job to deliver my message to the housekeeping department.
