Fraser Residence Chengdu recensioner

Every time I come to Chengdu for business trips, I recommend it to my friends. My family also feels good after staying here. I will choose it again next time.

Great room.. Big and cozy.... Staffs are very friendly.. Ms. Lui was helpful because lack of my Chinese language, especially Sichuan dialact... Breakfast was good... Sauna, gym and pools were amazing.... And it was a very fair fare.... Awesome.. Must stay in chengdu south area...

Fraser Residence is modern, luxurious and well kept. It's great value for money and although it's outside of the city centre it is near the New Century Global Centre and only 30 minutes Taxi to the Giant Panda center. The only downside I faced was that the air conditioning was broken so the room was too hot to sleep in. I was given a fan to help, but it wasn't as effective as a working air conditioning unit.

Close to SKP. Good place to stay with high value for money.

Amazing! We chose this hotel for its prime location and promising facilities, amenities and views. Our room was clean and very spacious for a family of 3. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub - there’s even a sauna here. Having a washing machine and drier in the room made it convenient for us to wash and dry our wet clothes from swimming. Our stay here was worth every penny. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Chengdu.

The service standard needs improvement. Only 2 bottled drinks provided everyday though requested for more from service desk or chamber maids. The apartment booked has two bedrooms. The security guard at the entrance doesn’t help you with baggages nor help direct car into the driveway. We were told to do it ourselves.

Great location near W hotel and some nice restaurants downstairs. The staff were friendly and helpful..I had a package arrive after I checked out that they held for me. The bath tub is also very nice and spacious..

Maintenance not so great with water pooling in the shower room. Had to get laundry detergent from outside. Breakfast not bad.

Good budget and also great room to stay. Had a very great trip here

It’s nice and everything is very tidy. It’s in a residential apartment and maybe bc of that I didn’t get the welcome feeling of an hotel. For some reason you do a deposit and have to pay the rest at the hotel where all my credit cards didn’t work.

We booked one night as our travel plan to other area was not possible. We are very impressed with the building quality, maintenance, floorplan that even bathroom areas are carefully designed and executed. Everything looks new, gym, pool, spa; selection of shower gel and shampoo that are refreshing, tasty coffee pods provided too. Our biggest regret even until the point we checked out is that we only booked one night. We should have booked more days, something that we will do when returning to Chengdu.

our whole family loved it, great value for money. the restaurants down stairs were also great. only negative was that it was a hassle to get the car out of the parkinglot, had to call everytime beforehand

Pleasant stay at Fraser property. Cleanliness is top notch, and facilities including gym, pool, retreat and steam room, are nice. Breakfast is limited and quality can be improved. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall would recommend although location to city is quite far.

Best stay experience since our trip in China. Highly recommended.
