Rayfont Hotel & Apartment Chengdu

Arriving late at night at Chengdu East Railway Station, I was worried about finding the hotel, but the direct underground connection made it super easy and fast to get there. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided a warm and kind check-in experience. I especially loved the delicious and affordable breakfast. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chengdu!

Great service, but serious room and air-quality concerns Firstly, I have to say that the service was amazing. The staff were friendly, kind and incredibly helpful, and I really appreciated how responsive they were when I raised my concerns. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel and, particularly, the rooms was very disappointing. The hotel appears quite run down, and I was concerned about what seemed to be mould, dust or an air-quality issue. My room was changed twice, but unfortunately the problem persisted. There was a strong, dusty and unpleasant smell that irritated my nose and throat. I could even feel a dusty sensation in my mouth. As a result, my asthma was triggered and I became unwell. I ultimately had to leave the hotel on the same day I checked in because I did not feel it was safe for me to remain there. I genuinely appreciate the staff’s efforts and cannot fault their customer service. However, I strongly believe the hotel needs to investigate and address the air quality, cleanliness and possible mould/dust issues in the rooms.

To Ye-Mood Hotel, We had a marvelous 3-day stay with you — truly wonderful from start to finish! The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy, with great air-conditioning and heater, thoughtfully equipped with smart gadgets that made our stay so convenient. The staff were warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly — we especially appreciate the lovely aunty who went above and beyond to help us carry our heavy luggage and prepare delicious breakfast each day. The food was simple, tasty and generous — absolutely wonderful! We loved the location — surrounded by many eateries and all within walking distance. It’s easy to get around by Didi or taxi, and just 10 to 15 minutes’ drive to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. Service like this is truly excellent. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us and being such wonderful hosts. We would love to come back and highly recommend you to everyone! With gratitude, 小蔡 jojo

Good value, this price is considered as cheap, if you wanna find a hotel nearby the station can consider this hotel, cause the place is quite strategic.

The location was really nice for people who will travel by the train station. What i didn't like about the hotel is the breakfast. We already have a room including the breakfast but when we went there they asked us to pay more for a cup of coffee.

Big room with comfortable bed. Walking distance to chengdu east station. Highly recommended for those who take high speed rail in early morning

This hotel is a good place for transit because it is need to the chengdu east railway station . Walkable to train high speed railway train to Huanglongjiuzhai station

Great for a short transit stay! We needed a place to stay for just one night, and this hotel was really nice and accommodating. The front desk staff was very helpful and made our brief stay easy and smooth. Overall, an okay and convenient option for a quick reset!
