Apartment is located right next to Tai Koo Li, very convenient if you want to do some shopping at Tai Koo Li, Chunxi Lu and IFS. The apartment is safe and secure, need keycard to access the lift and deliveryman cannot go up. About 5 minutes walk to the train station, central location. Only 50 minutes to an hour to get to Tianfu International Airport. Studio room comes with a living room and a seperate bedroom ensuite. Has a big projector for watching movies, toilet is clean but with some wear and tear. The bed is soft and comfortable and comes with 4 pillows. Suitable for solo, couples or families.

No frills service apartment at a well located building. Daily housekeeping to clear refuse from bins and a change of towels. There is a reception desk but a few operators run the apartments so communicate with your operator on the arrival time.
While it is true from other reviews that you need to wait for a bit for the heater when the hot water runs out, you can reduce the temperature control of the bath water if unnecessary to have high heat. We don’t find it a major issue bathing one after the other and sometimes concurrently during our stay.

POC was extremely helpful and considerate to our requests, location 10/10 right on Tai Koo Li and IFS, room was spacious and clean, air conditioning was strong although it really isn't needed during our stay. Thanks! Only possible flaw could be that the elevator is quite packed and contested at times, needs more elevators for a building with that many floors

I had booked 2 rooms from this apartment. Here's my experience for the room.
*Pros:*
- The apartment looks exactly as shown in the photos.
- The owner is fast and responsive.
- The location is excellent, within a stone's throw to IFS, Taikoo Li, and Chunxi Road.
- There are plenty of restaurants and food options nearby.
- The apartment comes with a washing machine and dryer, which is convenient for washing and drying clothes on the same day.
- The owner was very nice and upgraded my room to a higher level, which came with a computer - a lovely surprise!
- Daily housekeeping is provided, with a cleaner visiting to tidy up the room.
*Cons:*
- Traffic congestion is a major issue in the area.
- The lift is extremely slow and packed. Room service staff have to share the lift with passengers, struggling to fit their large trolleys.
Overall, the hotel's location, amenities, and the owner's kindness made for a pleasant stay, despite some drawbacks with traffic and the lift.
