The service was great. Especially the front receptionist Qingqing and Zhang Zhang! We wanted to prank our friend and they even helped us with that. Everyday they had good snacks and tea and free water. Clean rooms and good location as well. It’s a walking distance from the panda butt. 服务很棒。我们想恶作剧我们的朋友，他们甚至帮了我们。他们每天都有美味的零食、茶和免费的水。房间干净，位置也很好。步行即可到达熊猫屁股。

Room was dirty and very loud. Building on main road and there is no air con. When asked about turning it on they said only fan was available. We didn’t sleep one bit and had to force check out next day. They also lied about free gift and everywhere smells like smoke. An asthma persons worst nightmare.

It was a nice place to stay, with a very convenient and excellent Korean BBQ place downstairs. The staff spoke no English, but were helpful. The travel desk connected to the hotel however was incredibly unhelpful and wouldn’t let us book onto a trip because we weren’t Chinese. Totally understand the desire to only have Chinese speaking customers, however we were willing to pay for the convenience of transport and live without the commentary, but the man running it was incredibly dismissive and rude. Definitely book your trips through Trip.com instead!

The room had cigarrete smells, even being a non smoker room. The room had dirty and careless aspect, with a lot of dirt on windows. The staff are good.

This hotel was fantastic, good location right next to the subway. Also, reception was super friendly and helpful, especially Qingqing. When I left they even gave me a really sweet gift! Very unexpected and a thoughtful gesture :)

The hotel is located quite a distance from Chunxi Road. The entrance is also a bit hard to find. Cleanliness is an issue. For the value of money, I would rather choose another hotel that is nearer.

Nice large room. Not too sure about how clean it is. The room was open when I went up and it had a strong smell of durian in the hallway and room. Odd that the TV turns on when you turn on the lights. The controls for the lights for the bathroom is located by the entrance making it very inconvenient.The bathroom floor was also had a puddle in it when I entered.

It's also to eliminate takeout or cigarette smells as quickly as possible. Power card plug in the TV lights will be lit together, this is the setting of all hotels are like this. There is durian smell in the corridor, which may be eaten by guests in other rooms. When cleaning and opening the door, the smell may come out. I don't know what kind of puddle you said, but the bathroom has two kinds of sinks, one is for convenient drainage and the other is non-slip. I'm sorry that I didn't explain it clearly and caused you a bad experience.

Stayed a night before we checked out early for a tour. Cigarette smell upon entering the room. The room is also dated. However, it is a good option for budget travellers.

The hotel is really clean, and it’s near to IFS and 春熙路. Take to 市二医院地铁站 and leave from Exit B/C/D, which are closest to the hotel. I would like to commend the hotel staffs. My items placed around the room were well respected by the cleaning crew, whilst frequently cleaning the room (changing clean towels, rolls, toiletry supplies..) The cleaning lady was very nice and friendly! 小王 from the reception was also very helpful when I had several enquiries, he kindly assisted. Greatly appreciate these hotel staffs for making the stay 10/10. They only 1 washer and 1 dryer in Level 10, which you’ll need to take the lift to Level 9 and take the stairs up. Laundry powder is provided. :) WiFi is speed is so-so. Thank you for the great stay 来住酒店!
