Laizhu Xingchen Hotel (Chengxi Chunxi Road) recensioner

Hotel location is right smack in the heart of chunxi road and 3 mins away from the airport shuttle. The room itself was fine, but my only gripe was when you take a shower the water splashes all over the toilet floor too. They do provide slippers but not a fan of my toilet floor being wet. Other than that, the corridor is also a little dark and dodgy especially after hours as the hotel is located in an office building. But when you get into the actual hotel premises it is fine. I still enjoyed my trip. Recep is very friendly and always ready to assist over WeChat.

We had a great time staying at your place. The staff who welcomed us were so kind and nice. We only found out at check-in that we had booked rooms without windows, but she kindly upgraded us to rooms with windows — one even had a view of the IFS panda, which was so fascinating! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were well-oriented and had a great service mindset. I asked for a recommendation for a local market, and she suggested Eastern Suburb Memory. It was a wonderful place to discover, full of local urban life. I even met some cute dogs there! Thank you for making one of our days in Chengdu so memorable.

This leads to busy elevators both day and night, which made me feel a bit uneasy; it seems like anyone can access the floors. 2. **Value for Money**: You definitely get what you pay for at this hotel. While the location is great, the overall condition of the building reflects its pricing. 3. **Staff**: On a positive note, the staff is friendly and helpful, even if there’s a language barrier with English. They seem eager to assist, which is always a plus. 4. **Cleanliness**: The housekeeping staff does come in every day and provides water and amenities. However, they didn’t change the bed sheets, even when I specifically requested it. This could be an area for improvement. In summary, while the hotel has some appealing aspects, such as its location and friendly staff, there are notable concerns regarding safety and cleanliness. It’s a decent choice if you want to explore Chengdu on a budget, but be mindful of the building's age and condition.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient and easy to find, very near to train station. It just 5-10mins from Chunxi Road. Room are bright enough and clean, the surrounding is very quiet and comfortable. Would want to choose this hotel again if come back to Chengdu!

Good service, even you can’t speak Chinese the concierge is very eager to help. A bit hard to find the entrance thou . Located in the center of the city near IFS and everything. You will find a surprising box on the nightstand

We enjoyed our stay here. Room space is sufficient for the two of us. Very close to the Chunxi road train station, just walk out and cross the road, exit A is opposite, exit D on the left and exit E on the right. Very convenient for us who travel by train. The only cons is the space of the bathroom quite small, floor is also slippery after shower/ wet but slipper is prepared. Receptionist also very attentive to all of our inquiries ie lend us umbrella to talk to IFS, lend us weighing scale to weigh luggage, wait for us for late check-in past 12am.

I highly recommend this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, because it’s very near to center and the staff is very helpful. But, there are a lot of Thai travelers staying at this hotel. I’m Thai, but I think they are noisy and make some noise at night.

The hotel is very nice and convenient it’s really really close to the IFS. If you take bus from TFU airport, you can easily walk to the hotel. The room are very clean and big enough for 2 people. The staff are very friendly and helpful even though they don’t really speak English but they put every effort to communicate with the guests (Unfortunately, I forgot to take photo of the room and the view🥹)

The room is clean, but the corridor is extremely dirty and full of smoking smell. Smoking is a big thing in Chengdu. The hotel is sharing with other commercials in the same building, such as karaoke, restaurants, other small hotel operators, bar, etc. Thus, it is quite messy and dirty.

Nice room with a great city view and a convenient location. Easy to reach from IFS and Chunxi Road Subway Station (Exit B).

The lobby is on the 22nd floor so it was a bit difficult to find at first. A bit dark on some floors as I arrived closed to midnight. Other than that, the stay was comfortable and location was the best. I booked the 270 family room but the toilet screen was only half frosted so they had to help cover with bedsheets. Staffs very friendly and helpful. The other smaller bed was a sofa bed so not so comfortable

Will stay here again next time when I come to Chengdu. Very convenient and hotel staffs are very helpful. Took airport bus, just walk ahead 5mins to hotel.
