The accommodation is located in an older building and may not exactly match the location shown online. The host will contact you via email and ask you to add them on WeChat to share the actual location. Our room was on the 21st floor. The elevator doors are quite old, and you have to queue to use them as they are shared with other residents in the building. It felt a bit intimidating at first — fortunately, I wasn’t alone. I wouldn’t recommend it for families.
The room itself is nicely decorated with a beautiful view, but the facilities didn’t quite meet our expectations based on the photos and description on the app. Towels were disposable, tore after a single use, and didn’t absorb water well — also too small, which made things a bit inconvenient 😂.
The location, however, is great — close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. Overall, I’d rate the experience 6/10. Most of the points were taken off due to the host. I personally didn’t feel comfortable communicating with host.

The Location is Very Good, Good for Families, there is 3 double bed, warm room, the owner very pleasant and plus there is luggage storage if you checkin out but want to go around the city

Was our first stay at this hotel. Was difficult to find. Location on the map was not accurate. And the internet was not working well (Beijing, stop strangling the internet!). However the contact person was kind enough to guide us via video call. The room was big and spacious, and well furnished. We made use of the balcony which was nice. They really need to fix the entry way door and the bathroom. Also the disposable towels? Not sure about that. The bed was comfortable, not hard like in most hotels. Our experience, while difficult initially, was pleasant and enjoyable.

Full points for the location, the service, the hostess and the amount of space for a family of four. However, it is located towards one of the busiest streets in Chengdu and the windows not being sound isolating allows a lot of noise from the street to get in. I highly recommend your hotel and the room, however, bear in mind that you need to be able to sleep with the sound of a busy street in the background.

名宿商家沒放浴室/廁所的實照，浴室是那種非常簡陋和很舊的，完全與房間不匹配， 感覺上當受騙了. 聯繫客服後，她給我們換其他房間，可是浴室也是一樣比第一間房的好一點罷了（下圖），我們完全接受不了. 最後，我們寧願虧了2晚的住宿近500RMB，另外花錢再另外的酒店訂住400++的價格更加舒適和乾淨.
要預訂這間名宿的請考慮能否接受他的廁所！！！
The host didn’t show any actual photos of the bathroom/toilet. When we got there, we found it to be very basic and old—completely different from how the rest of the room looked. It felt like we’d been misled. We contacted customer service, and they did offered us another room, but the bathroom was only slightly better than the first one. We really couldn’t accept it!
In the end, we decided to cut our losses and gave up two nights’ stay （about 500 RMB）, and spent extra money to book a much cleaner and more comfortable hotel for over 400 RMB/2 night.
If you’re thinking of booking this Airbnb, make sure you’re okay with its bathroom condition!!!

設施：陳舊，換氣扇聲音巨大，房間漏水，窗户關不嚴，投影儀在頭頂而且線也沒固定容易砸頭。
衞生：牆壁臟，桌椅舊，濕區隔離門臟
環境：就是普通住宅樓改的，和別的商户還有酒店在一層，早上吵
服務：和管家説房間漏水，她説我穿的鞋不行，不反思自己為啥房間漏水
