Yuluxe Hotel Chengdu recensioner

Fantastic view and service, pillows and beding are very nice. Bella zhu has done an exceptional job in providing guidance and information.

This hotel was overall okay. The breakfast and dinner buffet were pretty good. Laundry service cost was ridiculously expensive (since there are no wash machine and dryers that you can access yourself, there’s a laundry count sheet you have to fill out by category, one shirt=$7) - wouldn’t recommend staying here if you plan on doing a lot of laundry. The air conditioning is also very mediocre, especially if you come in the summer it gets little stuffy. The elevator is also weird with the check in counter being on the 32nd floor and then there’s a second elevator that goes up to the rest of the hotel rooms. The bathroom sink pipe was also leaking when I filled up the sink with water (to hand wash laundry) and tried to drain it. Overall this was not the best experience and I would definitely try to find other hotels with better AC and self laundry service.

The hotel is exactly what we needed for a family holiday. The room is comfortable and the staff are friendly. The house keeping crew are very considerate and have left us extra bottles of water for our little one. And they have acted really fast when we needed to change sheet out of normal house keeping hours. The only thing is that it can get pretty warm in the room in the afternoon even with the cool air AC on. Not all front desk people can communicate in English but a simple translation tool can solve that problem. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely stay here again next time when we are in Chengdu!

The hotel is good, but a little far from the main attractions of the city.

8 minutes to the nearest subway station. It’s also very near to the chunxi road and shopping center. They upgraded my room to suit free of charge. I will book here if I visit chengdu next time!

Everything was great! Hotel receptionist are super nice and friendly, hotel has good location, easy to get around,.

Breakfast was average and not enough staff to handle things, clean and set the tables. The dinner restaurant is first class Food Room is good big size and very clean, nice layout. Close to my wife's parents and we will make this our go to hotel every time we go to Chengdu

It’s in a nice location but the way to get to the hotel was a bit weird, you have to take a separate elevator up. Then there was an issue with our bathtub leaking on the side. It wasn’t quite as nice as we expected.

剛到酒店，前台的工作人員就送了歡迎禮，免費給我升級了房型，住的感覺也很舒服，很乾凈，並且服務也很周到，覺得獨自旅行的自己有被照顧到，高層的風景也是十分的美，可以看到成都的“藍調時刻”，下次來成都還會再定世茂茂御

帶小朋友去成都看大熊貓，定的大床房，到的時候前台桃子小姐姐給升級成了行政套，一下子就大了好多。小朋友在房間裏跑的很開心。但是床真的太軟了…枕頭也軟…走一天睡的有點兒累。但環境還是不錯的，前台在32樓，大堂有很多🐼擺設。

這次入住體驗超棒！一定要誇誇前台的小苟和客房部的桃子~辦理入住時小苟熱情又專業，不僅快速幫我安排到了心儀的房型，還細心推薦了周邊好吃的餐廳；入住期間桃子把房間打掃得一塵不染，連我隨手放歪的充電器都貼心整理好了！兩位工作人員的服務超暖心，細節控狂喜！下次來還住這兒，也期待再次見到小苟和桃子！ 🌟

酒店地理位置不錯，去成都東、犀浦站都很近 頭一次住這麼高的酒店，前台在32樓電梯很快很穩。 酒店房間很大，隔音也不錯。衞生好評，連住兩晚睡的很好。 尤其酒店的工作人員小苟，特別熱情細心，我東西落下後，馬上幫忙尋找，還幫忙郵寄。真的太感動了，真正做到賓至如歸的酒店！
