1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road. 2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm. 3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best. 4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible. 5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose. 6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out. 7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron. 8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes. 9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

Good for holidays traveler

I booked this hotel to compare with temple house and I would definitely recommend temple house over diaoyutai. Despite the no smoking sign there was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The room setup doesn't make much sense with the walk in closet at the opposite end of the bed and bathroom. The bed is quite comfy so that's a plus. A lot of the channels on the tv didn't work which was weird because they worked at all the other hotels I stayed at in Chengdu. The original room they gave me was on a higher floor but looked right into the residential building next door so I wouldn't be able to open the curtains hence I requested a room change. The new one was better location wise but the windows were really dirty as if they'd never been wiped. Location is good if you want to explore xuanzhai alley but beware there are A LOT of tourists. Soundproofing is good and you can get a good night's sleep despite the ruckus outside.

Employees have good attention to details; particularly Enola from the front desk.

此次成都之行住了JW萬豪，六善和釣魚台三個酒店，其中釣魚台（現在易名為觀隱頤雲台酒店）最貴也是成都單價最貴，大約在2500一晚。 能看出來硬件配置相當好放在一線城市也是質量優質，法國設計師審美優秀。但就像成都這座城市的基本面一樣，酒店軟件和服務遠遠配不上硬件配置。 以下是我基於這是成都最貴的酒店甚至貴過號稱奢華酒店之一的六善（那更是“本地化”的一言難盡）的前提條件下的挑刺： 桌上的美麗甜品盒裡既然沒有迎賓水果甜品，空空如也，為啥要放置呢？入住一個小時後，有阿姨怯生生敲門要進來放水果是不是不專業。 在這種檔次酒店的餐廳用餐，沒有餐巾布。 早餐種類少，質量簡陋，如圖。 房間酒吧區都是些粗製小食品，茶包是TA。 住在三樓，一樓早飯的油煙味會蔓延到房間，應該不是門縫大，之前説過這家酒店的原始硬件基礎非常好，不知道是啥原因了。 出了房間，酒店裡又黑又臟，天井下的窗台厚厚的灰塵，天井下本該有制景，現在鋪了敷衍了事的石頭子。衹看天井這個局部，幾乎置身國內小地方招待所。 出了房間，酒店裡又黑又臟，天井下的窗台厚厚的灰塵，天井下本該有園林制景，現在鋪了敷衍了事的石頭子。衹看天井這個局部，幾乎置身國內小地方招待所。 酒店分為步行距離50米的兩個院子，其中一個院子沒有門衞，前台若隱若現，街上的遊客可以闖堂而入。晚上前台換了位老大爺，人是和藹可親，酒店標準用語一概沒有，問題這不是民宿哎。 整體服務人員估計是國內某旅遊技校匆匆畢業的毫無高端酒店經營經驗，戰戰兢兢生瓜蛋子般的熱情，全憑着本地人的質樸本性，但規範管理流程是沒有的，服務不到點兒上，弄不來學不會理解不了這種奢華酒店裡的“法式”風格精髓，估計服務於國內四星級酒店還可以。認知上差着好幾個層次。 更新：入住第二天接到酒店通知，早餐改送到房間了，餐廳不準備早餐了。原因不言而喻：這幾天的主要客户台灣旅遊團離開了，整個酒店衹剩寥寥幾位倒黴客人包括我，早餐成本能省則省。這就是單價最貴的成都酒店待客之道。

酒店地理位置十分優越方便，設施細節一流，服務細心貼心周到。前台值班經理小唐服務熱情專業，幫忙預訂了火鍋店。小孩發燒的情況下幫忙量體温，告訴我們葯店在哪，儘快購買了葯品。酒店餐飲精緻，整體環境安靜雅緻，整體住宿體驗非常好。下次來成都還會選擇釣魚台。

在寬窄巷子西門進去走路五分鐘就到，鬧中取靜，非常方便，一開始司機把我們送到正門口，因為在裝修，需要走到窄苑辦入住，我們兩個箱子都是禮賓員幫我們拿進去的，全程沒有動手。 免費升級到套房，除了房間大之外，衞生間有一個雙人浴缸，小朋友連續兩天都泡澡了，相當開心，而且衞生間裏面還有個沙發，非常方便。 屋內設施有年代感了，但是維護得還不錯，而且衞生做得也很細節，帶小朋友完全放心。前台小陳服務貼心，早上看我們沒有下去吃早餐，還一直問我們需不需要打包，服務很好。 説兩點不足的，空調非常熱和悶，但是沒有辦法調節温度，我們衹能關了空調開着窗户睡的，早上有點吵。另外一點就是面盆和淋浴間門年代感太強，給人感覺有點臟臟的，雖然是打掃乾淨了，但是感覺不太舒服。 出門去寬窄巷子逛非常方便，吃飯周圍也有非常多選擇，很棒！

好好表揚一下 （1）禮賓部的兩位師傅非常熱情幫助搬運行李，認真負責值得表揚。 （2）客房服務員劉敏觀察細微入至，主動新增床品和器具，並在房間留了親筆寫的紙條，打掃乾淨整潔利落。 （3）特別劃一下重點，前台王經理處理應急情況的能力非常專業且熱情。因為我們的訂單含各種權益，都是他在盡力想辦法協調，從客户的角度出發解決問題的能力和結果超出我們的預期，讓我們感受到了賓至如歸的感覺。最後還贈送了小盆友貼心的禮物，全家都很滿意。 最後，極力推薦這家在寬窄巷子裏的精品酒店，地理位置極佳，酒店低調而精緻奢華，是成都旅遊休閑的必選住所。

酒店的裝飾和佈置還是可圈可點的，非常值得去體驗。衹是Happy Hour的服務體驗較差，空間比較冷，服務員也説不清有什麼餐食。

不愧是成都市中心數一數二的酒店，工作人員都很親切熱情，感謝前台伊芙琳及其他同事的熱情招待！御苑餐廳也非常好吃！

酒店位置好，就在寬窄巷子地鐵站口子，房間寬敞，最主要是服務好，客人有任何需求都會第一時間解決。

還可以。先説優點，浴缸確實很大，B&O的音響效果也還可以，早餐比較精緻。其次是一些不足，這個價位的酒店在成都應該算是第一梯隊了，但是周邊是景區的原因，還是有點嘈雜，服務和客房水平感覺性價比不高，尤其是窗外直接是屋頂景觀，有點憋得慌。如果是1500元左右會是一個合適的價格，但3000+的話我還是期待能serve more.

前台小石服務非常細心、耐心，辦理入住後幫忙送行李到房間，房間所有設施設備使用方法和用品擺放位置都介紹了一遍，使用起來就很方便順暢。房間景色也特別好，窗户外面就是寬窄巷子景觀，能看到寬窄巷子景區，酒店是古宅改建的很有韻味。
