Perfect location to access a variety of local restaurants, cafes, and shopping centres. Lovely reception staff and excellent room service. We also enjoyed all the teas provided. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend if coming to Chengdu! Was such a pleasant stay and the service, facilities was spectacular. Super premium & comfortable, one of the best hotels i've been to in a while. They gave a free upgrade to suite as well! Really appreciate the service and attention to detail throughout my stay. Definitely would stay here again if I come back to Chengdu.

Everything is good. But if possible for a late checkout will be better. Staff told us that is fully booked the next day so we are unable to have a later check out. But I manage to book for another day. It would be better to tell us the fact than just lie. But overall experience was good.

Hyatt is the most disgusting hotel. Service is lazy and incompetent. Rooms don’t have cold air conditioning. It is hotter than Thailand inside the rooms. Some people enjoy hot rooms, but I personally need cold air to sleep better. This hotel is similar quality to America. It does not have high quality that Chinese hotels typically have. This hotel should be removed from Chengdu as it gives a bad experience and makes Chengdu look bad. I wish I could give 0 starts but the lowest is 1 star. Disgusting Hyatt never again.

Really clean and nice view in 50th floor. Breakfast was sumptuous. Really value for money and my family enjoyed the stay a lot. The gym was pretty nice too.

I had a fantastic stay at Lang Bo Hotel! The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city while still offering a peaceful retreat. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was comfortable. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I would highly recommend Lang Bo Hotel to anyone looking for a great blend of convenience and comfort!
