HAZENS Hotel (Chengdu Chunxi Road, Tianfu Square) recensioner

Location just opposite Tianfu Square which access to most of Metro stations. Room is big and clean. A big plus point to this hotel as follows: 1. An international plug which I don’t have to worry much if I forget to bring. 2. Laundry included dryer self service which is free to use. Sometimes clothes needed to be clean before pack together. 3. Free served hot Chinese desert at their restaurant during night - good for cold weather. 4. Touchable hair dryer without wasted electricity. 5. Front service staff by LL, NN, RR and DD patiently assisting despite language barriers. The hotel is actually in a building that consists few hotels in different floor. Thus, entrance might be overlook. Overall is a pleasure to stay in this hotel. Definitely will be back.

The hotel is located in a very good location, just across the street from the Tianfu Square MRT. The room is very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially RR (her name), she was very helpful and kind to my child.I’m recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is amazing as all the rooms! Breakfast is very good, a lot of choice for everyone tastes! The structure was really clean! Y and X where really kind and helped us to have a perfect check out of the structure!

I spent one night in the hotel which I think was the best location for me - Tianfu Square. It was within easy reach of the Chengdu Museum and a taxi ride to the Giant Panda Reserve. The room was nice, clean and quiet. It was fully equipped, stocked with mineral water and toiletries. I can confidently recommend it to those looking for a place to stay for several days.

Location is great near the subway and there’s escalators as well with a slightly maybe 100m detour if you have heavy items. The lift lobby is shared by multiple hotels, each brand takes up 1-2 levels and there are only 3 lifts so peak periods like morning and evenings are really bad when we have to wait for the lift for very long. Maybe 5-10 mins. Other than that they also kept my parcels for me. Really great service. Breakfast option is so so. Best is to go for the LIVE station food. The decor etc are good. Cleanliness is great. All in all still will consider in future.

Extremely pleasant stay - thanks DD and everyone else (I didn’t get their names but during my stay from 13th - 21st staff) all real kind + helpful. Location is really convenient to get anywhere with the Tianfu Square station being just across the road. Room was beautiful, appreciate the upgrade. One thing to note is be mindful of putting empty shopping bags on the table, one of mine had a receipts on a pieces I bought inside the bag which was thrown (potentially my mistake for placement) they apologised and nothing with items thrown - no other issues with cleaning, really timely tidy service. All in all would highly recommend, perfect place and loveliest people and would come back. Thank you again for a beautiful stay - I have loved it :) ♥️
