The room I stayed in was massive. It was very clean, has a nice view and the staff were very attentive through WeChat. The shower was a perfect pressure and temperature and it has all the amenities. The breakfast selection and the afternoon tea buffets were also very nice. The receptionist also gifted me a panda stuffed animal as a farewell gift.

Happy to stay in this hotel. Services and all the staff were so polite, warm and helpful. They help us to fix our broken stroller even. Rooms are great, location is so so great. Just minutes walk to the famous chunxi street, bunch of restaurants down and supermarket. The staff even gave us a panda doll when check out. Overall so recommend this hotel. Lives the birds at the 1st floor.

Delightful stay at the Pagoda Hotel. Everyone, from front desk, restaurant and cleaners were helpful and willing. Location was just perfect to get around.
Rooms spacious including bathroom. Just a word of advice and this goes for practically all Chinese hotels : toilets should be sanitized regularly including floor to rid of any unpleasant odours. Still, the Pagoda is a good place to stay in Chengdu!

Location is ok. Can walk to chunxi and taikoo li around 15mins… not very near
Room cleaning needs to improve e.g window is open and fly flew in. When I lifted up the blanket I saw a btl cap on the bed( I must have dropped it before leaving the room) etc
Bf is very normal, can do without.
All service staffs are very polite and helpful which is the best part of my stay.
Room is big.

very near to chunxi road and room was clean and big! staff were friendly and helpful too with receiving our parcels. love the breakfast buffet and they also provided a one time tea break buffet
