1) Water bottles were not re-filled regularly after room cleaning . At 1 point of time , all bottles were empty . 2) Reception service definitely needs lot of improvement . 3) Bathroom toiletries look very very cheap. 4) There is no mirror in the room ! Quite strange . 5) There is nothing like travel desk . Or even if there is 1 , it was utterly unprofessional . called 1 executive but there was no call back . 6) Hotel Reception staff gave no room introduction during check in . In fact TV was not working . Had to call someone to get it rebooted . 7) Overall No positive energy was felt from Hotel staff . 8) Offering something like welcome drink or even a glass of water is least hotel can offer . ALL good hotels who are even below ITC Welcome in terms of rating , they offer welcome drink or atleast water . Really disappointed with this . Guests coming after long journey do expect atleast this . I had my kid with me so i felt this situation even worse . 9) Warm welcome feeling was not experienced during check in . 10) No room upgrades were offered from Hotel desk even at additional cost . This should be initiated from Hotel's side . 11) Check in experience was way more disappointing compared to other Hotels of same league . 12)Even wi-fi service was provided when asked . Nothing initiated from hotel's end . Only reason i gave 3 rating and not less is because of F&B department . Excellent department with very well trained staff . Everyone seemed so much caring. They tried to take extra care of my kid. Food was excellent with good varieties . 'GURU' from F&B department was outstanding . Really enjoyed his service .He was super sweet . Definitely 1 of best experience in ITC Welcome . Other notable persons were Mr.Santiago , Mr.Shankar , Ms Ganga . Also there was 1 person who was working with ITC since 35 years . I forgot his name but he was so much kind and caring . Kudos to F&B department .
