Good service at the breakfast and clean room service at front desk could be better especially one of the lady manager could improve on her attitude .

Excellent service, but the rooms need refreshing and very old and tired- lack of ventilation and freshness when you walk in.

We had arranged for Airport to Hotel transfers and that was great and safe.
Room is spacious, clean and adequate.
Staffs were friendly.

Location was excellent. Very close to Varni mahal and other places where music festivals were conducted which made us to walk to these places. Pandy bazar was very close and walking distance to do shopping. Service was excellent too. Morning complementary breakfast had both Indian and western food with many varieties. Service at this place was excellent. Reception at hotel was very good and helpful especially from the manager Raja Priyan. Only suggestion is the bathroom cleaning can be little better, especially the toilet cleaning.
