This Fab Express hotel in Chennai is NOTHING like the photos online, it is absolutely FILTHY. We made our booking online and were told on arrival that we only made booking for one person. It was late and the control freak on reception was rude and arrogant, he would rather speak at than listen to the customer - we were to tired to bother with him. There was a stained sheet on the bed and an old rough blanket, no top sheet. We had to ask for one. The pillow cases were dirty so we put the pillows in our tshirts. I never even undressed to go to bed! There were no towels in the room so we asked reception for one each and advised only one towel per room because we made a single booking. I didn't use the towel, it was very stained. The air con worked but was noisy. Our room had no view as it had a frosted glass window. This Fab hotel is nothing like the other Fab hotels we have used. I complained in the morning to him but it fell on deaf ears, ge said all the rooms are the same. Again, note the bloke on reception is not helpful or nice. The 5/5 and 4/5 reviews must have been written by him about himself. AND the room is not clean with nice view!!!!!!!
