A worst experience i’ve ever had. Room was not cleaned. Full of mites & cockroaches. Unable to lock the door. Waste of money & time.

H hotel is unarguably the lousiest hotel that i have ever stayed. The least one expects is a clean room when you are tired and exhausted coming from travel. And i enter the room (room no. 204, i was greeted by cockroaches. Yes, cockroaches. They were crawling on the walls, on the bed's head support - even on the bed. Complaints to the hotel fellows did not yield any result. They were just not bothered. The service was pathetic. For getting a fork and a knife, i had to call 3/4 times. When i shouted at the top of my voice, things appeared (but not in reality) to improve a bit. The service was a bit fast. The lift was not working

No proper hot water facility, no lift facilities, workers are not friendly and advisable. Very bad behaviour

the hotel is in a dilapidated conditions. no towel, soap,water will b given without calling them. the towels are dirty, the linin is horrible. there is no display of h.hotel any were. itvis irish hotel as appears on the front .lift is not working. you have walk with your luggage 🧳 2floors. very sad situation.. though the location is very good, opposite to. grt grand, the hotel is ill maintained, stinking, and the skeleton staff are unruly. break fast supplied in packs from outside with out coffee or tea.

The stay was very average. They do not have a functional resturant. They would give packed breakfast and order only veg food if you have taken their lunch/dinner plan ***** with rooms. The lift is also not working. So i had a room in 2nd floor and the worst part the room key didn't worked a single time. Every time they came up with a machine to opm the room. The room was ok but there were lot of cockroaches. So what i understand seeing the hotel branding and all that is it was irish hotel and its recently taken up by some other to run and they have named it as h hotel. Thank you
