My recent stay at Quality Inn Sabari Grand was deeply disappointing. Despite repeated requests over three days to restaurant staff, the chef, reception, and even the manager, vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes remained unlabeled, a serious concern for dietary restrictions. Adding to the frustration, my room, which I specifically requested to be cleaned by 8:30 am, was still untouched at 4 pm. This led to an unprofessional argument between the manager and housekeeping staff. Further evidence of neglect included used towels left on a 3rd-floor sofa and leftover room service trays left outside rooms overnight. The hotel appears to be staffed entirely by new personnel, resulting in service that falls far short of what's expected for the price and the hotel's advertised star rating. Overall, the experience did not reflect the quality promised.
