I had a pleasant stay at The Accord Metropolitan Chennai. The hotel is conveniently located and offers a comfortable environment, making it a good choice for both business and leisure travellers. The room was spacious and comfortable, with the basic amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was also smooth. I enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of options. The hotel’s location is another plus, with convenient access to shopping, dining and other parts of Chennai. One area that could be improved is cleanliness and overall housekeeping. While the room was generally comfortable, some areas could have been cleaned and maintained more thoroughly. Greater attention to detail in housekeeping would make the overall experience much better. Overall, I had a good stay at The Accord Metropolitan. With some improvement in cleanliness and housekeeping standards, the hotel could provide an even more enjoyable experience for guests. I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Chennai.

Check in was a tad bit slow, but service and room was pleasant and clean for the most part.

The hotel offers excellent facilities and very clean, comfortable rooms. Mr Roshan from the front desk offered great service and overall the staffs are very helpful! Great location for shopping. I really enjoyed my stay!

Clean and wonderful place to stay. Variety of food choices for their breakfast.

The location is good, the amenities, welcoming check in, the bell boy service, room service are all good, it did not impose at all. Breakfast was good too. The pros is that it's a really good hotel to stay in. The cons, I didn't catch any. The room facilities seem new and modern with a vintage aesthetic, it didn't hit me that this might be an old hotel till I went to the pool. The concierge that manages your rides and food deliveries are great too

Excellent location on main road. Attentive staff throughout. Pool was clean and cozy. Breakfast was excellent.
