Taj Club House recensioner

Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and I particularly enjoyed the excellent food and the warm hospitality of your team. However, I would like to suggest a few areas for improvement: • The use of strong scents in the common areas and rooms could be moderated, as it can be overwhelming at times. • Room cleaning could be more thorough to ensure a consistently high standard. • During my visit to the gym, I noticed that some of the equipment was not functioning properly, which limited the workout experience. Thank you again for your hospitality, and I look forward to staying with you in the future.

Room looks exactly same as picture. Clean and neat. Although for this price room amenities can be better. Like, they can place at least tissue paper. Great location. Overall we liked it.

Disappointing Experience with the In-House Nightclub Overall, my stay at this hotel was good, but my experience with their in-house nightclub left a lot to be desired. When I tried to enter, I was abruptly informed that it was "couples only"—a policy that was not mentioned anywhere on their website when I booked. If the nightclub is advertised as part of the hotel’s amenities, it should be clearly stated that solo male travelers are not welcome. To make matters worse, the staff at the entrance were extremely rude. They asked me to move aside so a couple—who weren’t even hotel guests—could enter, while simultaneously demanding an absurd 10,000 INR entry fee from me. I’ve been to some of the top clubs around the world and have never paid even half that amount for entry. When I raised my concerns with the front desk, the response was dismissive. One of the staff members simply said, "Stags are not allowed." I found the term both unprofessional and unnecessary. This lack of hospitality and fairness was disappointing enough that I’ve advised my friends—who had upcoming reservations—to cancel their stay. If you're looking for a more premium and welcoming experience, I’d strongly recommend Leela Palace instead.

Hotel is excellent. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Excellent service. Good location, which is walking distance to 2 big malls and 1 vegetarian restaurant which opens till late.

Taj is all about Luxury and hospitality and Taj club house chennai also feels the same.

Not par with TAJ standard for services, with excuse that they had marriage booking & hence can't serve upto mark. Not acceptable

The breakfast and ambience in the restaurant was awesome. Nice room although check in was taking a little longer due to the full house. Otherwise staff was attentive and kind. i
