房間很大~很乾凈~前台服務很貼心~這次突發深夜想起忘記帶隱形眼鏡護理液~所有外賣都不送了~打電話到前台~前台小姐姐把自己全新的隱形眼鏡護理液給我了~~真的是解了燃眉之急~~服務非常非常貼心~以後還會一如既往地選擇亞朵~

這次入住體驗真的特別好，必須來認真好評一下！
在大堂遇到了前廳部魏經理，人特別熱情貼心，看到我們帶着小朋友，主動送了一個可愛的小玩偶，孩子特別開心，我們也覺得特別暖心，細節裏全是用心。
房間整體乾淨整潔，住着很舒服，床墊軟硬適中，躺上去很放鬆，休息得特別好。熱水出水很快，水温穩定，使用起來很方便。
整體環境、設施和服務都很到位，性價比超高，不管是家庭出行還是住宿都很合適，下次還會選擇這家，真心推薦！

湖南郴州，之前衹在看老女排比賽的時候聽説過是女排五連冠訓練基地。。此次匆匆路過，選擇入住瑞際酒店，對城市和酒店都印象不錯。酒店外形摺疊式佈局別有特色，一眼就留下印象。酒店大堂金鑰匙標識標誌著五星級酒店的高端，大堂和房間寬敞舒適，前台和餐廳服務熱情專業，門前停車場加地下停車場讓自駕成為最優方式。酒店位於城市核心區域，五嶺廣場、沃爾瑪、無數餐飲店，車吃喝玩樂購的好去處。

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. We had the family room that was very nice and our daughter loved it.
The room was clean and spacious with many amenities.
The breakfast was good with many different choices. And it was very convenient to park.
Very satisfied with our stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Chenzhou.

因為去莽山五指峯玩，在攜程裏訂了旅行社一日遊，上車集合點在五嶺廣場旁邊，所以在廣場一帶選了這家酒店，其實這一帶酒店很多，任君選擇。酒店前台在二樓，二三樓是客房，二三樓之間電梯要刷房卡，做得很好。前台對面就是餐廳，有免費的爆米花和烤紅薯，味道很好。前台小姐態度好，房間沒異味，衞生很好，設施也新。有些缺點就是wifi信號不算穩定，隔音一般，半夜走廊有個男的在打電話就是不進房間打，要不是太困迷糊，説什麼都聽得很清晰。

I was only staying a short period of time so didn’t really use any amenities. It was convenient for o the train station with a very short taxi (a bit far to walk at night with luggage). Staff were friendly and room was clean and presentable.

We had a pleasant stay here—thanks to Yumi and the staff for being so kind and helpful!
Their bright and cheerful attitude really lifted our mood.
We visited Qianzhou to go to Mangshan, and overall, the hotel was a good choice.
The room was clean, and the location is slightly tucked away, so it's quiet and peaceful.
There's a small shop on the ground floor where you can get snacks, and although it's mainly fruit wine, they even sell Korean soju.
Most things were great, but one issue: in some rooms, there was a noticeable smell from the bathroom.
It definitely needs improvement.
If that gets fixed, this place would be top-tier in terms of value for money.

Location is hard to find because it’s not the right address but as you approach the road go up the first stairs you see then signs will appear. The room was big, the bed was good and comfortable, but the bathroom was terrible. Old and dirty. The room itself was good and seemed clean enough. Host was really nice. Good for one night or two to save money but wouldn’t stay longer. Location is great!

房間還算乾淨整潔的，但窗簾關不嚴，房間有贈送兩瓶礦泉水。酒店前台在三樓，房間則在三樓半，沒有電梯，衹能爬樓梯上下，我是來跑郴州馬拉松的，賽後回酒店爬樓梯有點辛苦，如果是帶有大件行李的，估計上下更辛苦。

其他啥都好，但是那棟樓有個迪吧還是ktv之類的存在，我們入住那天咚咚咚咚咚的聲音響到了凌晨兩三點，嗯～它的震耳欲聾讓我沉默……但是這個民宿不管硬件還是服務都沒得説
