The location of the hotel was close to Val d Europe and the train station, the room was very new and clean but a bit different from the pictures. It is more like a service apartment with less equipment and amenities but it was good!
The staff were very helpful and friendly and even lent us an iron and an ironing board, and also gave us recommendations for restaurants in Paris. Will come back!

酒店位置十分好，樓下有超市，行大約5分鐘便到車站，行多幾分鐘就到大型商場，商場接駁住outlet，商場裏面有好多食肆可以選擇，還有一間好似Big C咁大間嘅超級市場，又可以買食物返去自己煮，酒店員工有禮，下次有機會一定會再入住。

The hotel, location and site was clean and the staff were very helpful. I cant fault the actual hotel itself and the pool was great. However, I'm still waiting for my security deposit back, the hotel said it was released on the 27th of September and I am yet to receive it despite emailing multiple times. There is another review saying this from September so there is clearly an issue, it would be great to have it resolved as soon as possible.

I would say I have knocked down 2 stars for minor things but also inconvenient things. Overalls I would recommend to stay if going to Disneyland. 5 min walk to train and one stop. Close to alot of cafes and restaurants and the biggest shopping centre I have ever seen! There's a supermarket downstairs in the shopping centre so you can stock up on stuff for the hotel. Chose to stay due to having a kitchenette and my daughter having dietary needs so being able to have the fridge and kitchenette was so much easier. They did only provide us with one thing tea towel so naturally on a 3 night stay we would need another. Asked once at reception and they said they will bring some up, asked again the following day and still no tea towels but bath towels instead- it will do. The biggest thing for us was that €250 was taken from us which was for the deposit which we understood. However we have been back over a week and not yet received the deposit back to us. The receptionist said it would take 2 days then however long the bank takes. I have emailed twice and no reply. Otherwise nice stay, modern and plenty of space. Would stay again minus the issue with the deposit.

Wow, what an amazing place to stay. We rented an apartment for 4 adults and 2 children and could not believe the spacious beautiful apartment we had. It had everything we needed and more. It's modern and of a high standard. Thank you so much for making our holiday so comfortable and enjoyable. Has shops for groceries close by and travel is only a 5 minute walk... perfect

This was a great hotel. Nice one bedroom apartment style just a few minutes from the train and Val d'europe shopping area. Had all the amenities we needed, stocked kitchenette with good sized fridge and freezer. Our room was recently renovated and was very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful!!! We would absolutely stay there again

La limpieza es cada 3 días. A nosotros tampoco nos limpiaron el día que nos tocaba porque dijeron que tenían poco personal. Muy mal.

Je commencerais par dire que j’ai été débité de 25 euros pour un porte papier toilette qui était déjà cassé à notre arrivée, car ils avait « des preuves photos » qu’il n’était pas cassé avant. Le jour d’après nous nous rendons compte avoir oublié des affaires dans la chambre nous les appelons. Pendant 24h, ils affirment ne rien avoir trouver, nous traitant de se fait de menteur, bizzare que leur « preuves photos » ne fonctionnent pas…. Puis après les avoir menacer de porter plainte et de mauvais commentaire ils nous rappellent expliquant que d’autres occupant les avaient pris malencontreusement dans leur affaires… très étonnant. Je déconseille ne voulant plus avoir à faire à des gens malhonnête, menteur et très désagréable dans le contact!

Posto molto tranquillo pulito ordinato personale preciso e puntuale, consiglio ai viaggitori di prenotare il soggiorno in n questa struttura , vicino al parco Disney e alla stazione Rer linea A. Il posto è anche servito da diversi ristoranti e pub .
