Premier Inn Chesterfield North

I never cease to be amazed at the wonderful attentive staff at Premier inns and the Chesterfield North hotel is definitely no exception. We were greeted by the very cheerful Hannah who noted that it was my wife's birthday. Having checked in, we settled in to our room which though a little dated and in need of some TLC, was spotlessly clean. We made our way to the restaurant and had a very enjoyable and tasty meal. After the meal, Hannah had made sure that my wife received a birthday card and some shortbread from the team. This was such a wonderful touch and made the stay even more special. The hotel is sufficiently set back from the roads and our stay was extremely quiet, apart from the odd heavy footed guest making their way back to their room. Once this had settled down we had a great nights sleep and were ready for the short trip into Chesterfield to re-acquaint ourselves with this remarkable place. We heartily recommend the Chesterfield North hotel, it's staff and location for a a peaceful stay in the Peak District. Hope to see you all again soon.

Lovely hotel, all you need for a good rest with comfy beds. Clean rooms and nice,helpful and smiley staff. Convenient location for what I needed to sort out and free car park for visitors. Was just perfect for me. Unlimited tea and coffee from reception is great.

This is a fantastic hotel. All the staff are so friendly. The Receptionist who checked us in was chatty and took an interest in why we were staying. We chose this hotel as it has a free car parking and close enough for a night out in the town. The room was spotless and as always we had the best night sleep. The shower was a little disappointing as not much water. Breakfast was nice although busy, but we did go mid morning, so maybe go early or later during open times. We will be back in the summer, thankyou to all the team.

Stayed here on a stop off to a funeral. It was already an upsetting time, but the receptionist here made it worse. She told me that i couldnt check im until 3pm unless i paid a fee of £15, it was 14:50pm and my wife was upset. The manager came out, she was very stern faced and said no early check in and walked away. There was no empathy here. The gentleman in the morning was amazing, he made the stay bearable for us. Its a shame the manager is not more like him, maybe a career change for her.

I stop in this hotel every time I'm in Chesterfield the guy on check in Daniel is a top guy always very helpful All the staff in the restaurant are always very nice and helpful And I always get the best sleep before my long journey home I will continue to use this premier inn as I have done for a long time

Great beds and pillows. Restaurant next door brilliant great area for kids to play. Staff lovely in both restaurant and hotel. We always use premier inns as we love the beds so much. We had room 18. A couple of tiny things that I filled out in my survey. But apart from those great stay. We will Use again when visit next. Really sorry forgot your name lady on reception lovely. Love the little GOSH idea in the room too! Everything you need. My kids absolutely love visiting premier inns. Keep up the good work! X
