Grand Hotel Admiral Palace

Tutto abbastanza buono ma non le terme che non erano adeguate allo standard di un quattro stellò di una nota località termale.

Il secondo anno che vengo in questo splendido hotel dotato di SPA, un hotel davvero molto completo in quanto ha una piscina al coperto di tipo termale ed una all’aperto dotata di ombrelloni e lettini gratuiti per gli ospiti. A completare i servizi la sera musica dal vivo sul prato all’inglese nel giardino è una colazione continentale davvero completa sia di dolce che di salato.

If you have special dietary requirements this is not the place for you Limited supply of fresh fruit for breakfast , limited staff to clear tables . Limited choice of food on dinner menu . Vegetarian / Vegan options dismal . Limited resources in kitchen . Waiting staff firefighting This hotel should be avoided if you enjoy your food

We were disappointed, perhaps horrified would be a better word, with our room on the 5th floor. It was very small. There was no shower, just a jacuzzi tub with filthy jets so I would never use it. Showering with a hand held sitting on the side of the tub was not fun. We asked to have another room since ours only had a plastic-like couch which was not comfortable as my husband has back issues. (It actually turns into a twin bed amazingly) We requested a chair or chairs. We were told they had no rooms with chairs but could send one up to our room from the dining room. Where would we put it - on top of the plastic couch?! There was no floor space for it. We could hardly walk past each other in the room. Since we were with a group I found out later they do, indeed, have rooms with tables and chairs! The man at the front desk lied to us. The desk also told me to ask the maid about cleaning the jets in the tub. She of course, said not possible. He already knew that too. There was mention of shuttle service in the original information provided, and I asked for it to the nearest pharmacy but again they said no, it was very close & we could walk. We were both sick and it was a very hard walk for us in our mid-70's because of the steepness of the hill. We had just returned from the Emergency Room in Multipulciano & had prescriptions for medication to be filled. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with the room and the lack of service and consideration. We would not stay here again or recommend it to friends.

NO air conditioning. The hotel is over thermal vents, and the rooms are hot. They advertise A/C, AND REFUSE TO PROVIDE IT . THEY LIE AND SAY IT ISN’T AVAILABLE UNTIL JULY. Even for old people, who can’t sleep in rooms of 25C - 30C - which is 80 degrees. , For the tour groups who have early breakfast - very stale cupcakes and tired canned fruit for breakfast, sometimes no coffee. filthy carpets in halls.. hard to like, in a dumpy town off the beaten path. this hotel, faded glory of 50 years ago, is tired and dated. it caters to tour groups...lots of them. They treat the tour groups like dirt. Rude front desk. Zero helpfulness. And - NO AIR CONDITIONING, EVEN THOUGH IT IS ADVERTISED ALL OVER THEIR WEBSITE. SO - Bad, bad food, uncomfortable rooms, filthy halls - what’s to like? Well I’ll tell you - leaving! Not recommended.

The hotel was in a good location, music can be heard from your room of live music that was playing in the lounge area and you can hear all movements from other rooms. The breakfast is poor not even fresh orange juice is served, rooms need renovation and a deep clean is needed.
