Nice to be located within the local community Within walking distances to the main road (170m), Wat Phra Singh (400m) and Rachamnoen Road

Good service. Especially by Jeff! He was super accommodating and always making sure we got what we needed or wanted. Good breakfast and brunch or lunch restaurant as well. Good place near tourist spots and other restaurants. Room service / cleaning was good and daily! We will stay here again!

We booked this hotel because of its convenient location and reasonable price. The hotel fully met our expectations, and there are many surprises! We will definitely choose this place again and recommend it to our friends because the atmosphere is friendly and hospitable，pran is smiling and helpful, thanks prepared breakfast in everymorning, she like my mum🤣moreover, the environment is clean and tidy. Great spot in a quiet area of the Old City. Room was perfect for us and clean. Morning breakfast that was included was tasty. Staff extremely helpful and kind. We’d definitely return for another stay.

Try the in-house cafe for their coffee. I loved their magic blend in Latte. P and family does know their hospitality, and will give you recommendations depending on what you’re looking for. I’ve slept well in the place, and the design and architecture was really refreshing and pretty. Location is within old town and so on point. Thank you so much.

Very beautiful and well decorated hotel that feels like home! The room is really nice, bed soft and comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Hosts made our day so pleasant by being so kind and helpful with giving us ideas what to visit in town. Breakfast is delicious and my favorite part was unbelievably delicious coffee 😍 Next time we visit Chiang Mai, we will definitely stay at this hometel ☺️ Recommend 10/10

It’s really a nice place to live in, like a family hotel. The lady boss is so hospitality and so does others. They advise the tour place with us. Very appreciate their kindness and helpful suggestions. 這家店是家庭氛圍，一樓有飲品餐食類的，每天都有更換毛巾和清潔垃圾桶，裝修很具泰式風格。老闆娘很友好，熱情的分享各種遊玩的去處，最後還送了我們當地的炒麵去趕火車。真的太好了! 希望大家能靜下心，慢慢的享受旅途，認真的旅行真的有很多不一樣的收穫! I definitely recommend this family hotel to my other friends when they have plan to Chiang Mai. Good bye and see you next time!😄

I essentially stayed here twice during my trip. Pran and her son Jeff are champion hosts, the best hospitality I ever received! For my final breakfast Pran made absolutely delicious vegetarian spread, and they helped me to get to a remote village hotel where Grab would not go.

Excellent !But from 2/21-2/25 totally hotel had 3 nights no power, but fix immediately.
