After a bad first night in king room. I moved to the queen room the next day. The cleaners seemed to find something funny when I was leaving the room. Displaying discrimination. The room was sprayed to cover up smell. Not long after entering the room, it was damp and had mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom and bedroom and damp around the bottoms of the walls. I complained and was told I could not change room. After complaining, I I was given the ultimatum I could check out by 3 pm and get a refund for only the second night. At such short notice and it being Friday night, I was unable to arrange suitable alternative accommodation due to having a disability. No alternative accommodation was arranged for me. Again, displaying discrimination. I had to sleep with the window open to alleviate the disgusting and unhealthy smell of damp and mold. I was told the cleaner would come and clean the room. No one came to clean room. I had to clean the mold off the ceiling myself. In the morning my clothes stink of mold. I have been visiting Chiang Mai for 7 years to go the temples. Unfortunately, this is the last time I will spend any time or money in chaing mai. Shame on you. You treat me as less than an animal. I do not recommend staying here for your health. Absolutely disgusting accomadation and staff who display discrimination and disingenuous.

98 Tower Hotel is an excellent choice for travelers seeking convenience and comfort. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a washing machine, making it ideal for longer stays. Very simple hotel, ideal for one night if you need to be near the airport. It’s far from the main city attractions, and there is a church nearby that is a bit noisy. But worth the price.

This was on of the best Hotels/Condo/Homes WE had in all Travel 1. Spotless Clean 2. Perfekt Location 3. Best Value for Money 4. Good Organisation and Comuncation 5. New Air con And also good Beds 6. Right in the Corner there IS a Resteraunt Thai Food since 1992 this was so Delicoussss

Very quiet place, the room is simple and clean, self-check in, but the communication through WeChat was very helpful and efficient, I enjoyed my stay there

You get what you paid. No front desk at the Motel but a lady manage to help us with the check in. Everything is automatic. You just need to follow the instructions given at the lobby and you get your room. The water heater in room 306 not working well.

Overall fair and budget comfort hotel. Recommend for budget solo traveller.
