Bad bad bad! This hotel does not deserve 4 stars AT ALL COST!!!! The breakfast is very very lousy and terrible! Little choices of foods and look like 2 stars hotel kitchen!
- The shower water tap, is either too hot till you skin burned or too cold like ice water!!!!!
- Noisy at night until 3am
- toilet has no comb? 4 stars?
Terrible experience! Really hate the experience in the hotel. Not deserve at all!

The best views on the rooftop. In the bed room quite noisy and air conditioning is not good, should have sound insulation. Receptionist must more than 1 person.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Welcome drink and fruits. Beautiful view from swimming pool and rooftop bar. Just the breakfast could have a bit more options because the price is big compared to the room without breakfast… I was gonna ask to cancel the breakfast but since all the staffs are very polite then I forgot about it.

Absolutely love the time at the hotel. It’s affordable, convenient, clean, and luxurious. Good prices for a hotel in Nimman area that is this good. It had every thing I need and they’re all new. The rooftop is scenic and beautiful, perfect for an exhausting day. Would definitely come back here again 👏

For Suite executive with the rate I paid, absolutely perfect. The amenities in the bathroom so great, resting after work with jacuzzi and enjoyed the view at balcony that made me feel relaxed and calm. The bed and pillows were so nice. The pool was so beautiful at the rooftop but no chance to the bar.

The staff members are welcoming, the rooms are spacious, and the food is delectable! Moreover, the hotel's convenient location, just a short 5-minute walk from downtown, offers an abundance of options for dining, massage, night markets, and shopping. There's GYM center and a lovely rooftop swimming pool as well, if you love sports!
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable experience in Chiang Mai!

Everythings great for this hotel just one thing which about the make up room if you don’t turn the make up room light on they’re not even give water and for the room of the back of hotel is near the pub which abit noisy but acceptable overall everything is fine good one
