Holiday Garden Hotel & Resort recensioner

The comfort room smells, dirty bathtub, no toothbrush, towels smells too breakfast buffet just okay but could’ve been better.

I think the Holiday Garden Hotel and Resort is a great budget hotel in Chiang Mai, big rooms comfy bed and nice facilities. It's a bit old and showing signs of ware and the buffet breakfast looked great but wasn't delicious. Even after this I would still recommend it for the price. So if you are on a budget or like the area enjoy

The first impression pf the hotel was good but when I get into my room it was so disappointing. I chose double sized bed instead of two singles and they just put two single bed together into one bed. 🙄 One of the duvet cover was not clean and every corner of the room you can see dust. The air conditioning system was good but there is no fan in the toilet which means you need the door open after you use the toilet. And there is no tissue in a hotel room?!! They gave me a roll of toilet paper instead. The worst part was bathroom. There are mould everywhere. The wall wasn’t clean and obviously they don’t really clean it(You can see it in the photos) The shower head holder doesn’t hole it well and the water from the shower was soooo dirty. You can see how dirty the shower filer after just taking one shower. I am so glad I brought a shower filter with me. There were so many people who take care of their garden and they keep it so nicely. Please check the room care more as well. Their breakfast was enjoyable with various choices. And the location was good but watch out. You will hear the sound of landing and denaturing flight so loud. And it continues until 12am.

Great service and amenities. We would like to stay there again if we were in Chiang Mai next time.

This hotel is not worth Rating They have two wings When booking on line they show new areas Outside but Rooms cracked Sinks Door Locks Broken We talked to Reception they replied you made reservation for this Pay more we will upgrade you Oh yes they offered Refund but being a Senior Citizen Couple where will we find a Room Get Taxi then loading our luggage Older wing needs Repairs / Renovations

Such a lovely, quiet location. Very friendly staff.

This was the fifth time we stayed at this hotel. We love the beautiful and well-maintained garden. The room was clean and spacious though the bathtub was too high for my mom and I to climb over ( we are petite ladies ). The breakfast was our favorite as there were ample varieties. We enjoyed the hot meals as well as fruits, salad, yogurt, and all the drinks. We always took pictures after checking out.

Staff didn’t communicate that well in English. I had to ask for help with the room 3 times before having someone come up. Location is good and hotel is clean, service just isn’t very good. The proximity to the beach and an awesome gym nearby as well as a bunch of places to eat were the highlight of this stay, not the hotel itself.

It was a nice garden. but the bathroom facilities were old and didn't work properly, especially the water quality wasn't good. I always bring a filter shower when traveling. The filter turned black in just one day. Service and breakfast is as normal.

Perfect layover hotel for your last day in Chiang Mai. Fairly close to Nimman mall but otherwise the surrounding is a bit run down. The pool was freezing cold, not especially private and was smallish. Closes at 8 pm, which is extremely early. The bathroom was especially small.

Overall a quite good experience. The breakfast was also nice and included a lot of variety. Definitely one of my favorite hotels in Chiang Mai. Thanks.

It was good for 1 day staying! 10mins walking distance from Maya mall.

Furniture old , superior king bed using two single bed pushed together with gap in between . Recycled broken slipper .
