A perfect hotel for families. Big rooms and perfect for a family of 5. Love the design and the cleanness there. The best shower ever, and delicious breakfast. The location is very good for places to eat, see and to go jogging nearby (university and up to the mountain). We can really recommend it!

Service is great! Rooms are huge and spacious. Nearby is a night bazaar. But airport is near.Can hear planes landing.

I was suggested by the hotel to downgrade 1 of the rooms booked if I want to stay in the same floor. Though I agreed but I asked the hotel to compensate me for the different in pricing or at least to offer us free breakfast. Hotel vehemently refused. The room that I paid is much more expensive than the downgraded room. They also did not refill their complimentary amenities package for the subsequent days.

My first time stayed this hotel and got very good prices and nice stay this hotel are very convenient to get around. Room is big, clean water very high pressure. I will be back again for sure 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Very nice service The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
