Hotel was clear and staff are very friendly. Location just nearby maya mall. Nice swimming pool and lots of parking space.

Nice place, great staff, and awesome service! Everything's good, but the breakfast coffee was way too strong. They have a cool juice and snack bar, plus instant food, snacks, and local handicrafts to buy as souvenirs. I would like to commend Khun Nong, the tall gentleman with eyeglasses, for his excellent customer service and warm welcome to our restaurant guests.

Cannot provide 2 single bed room. It’s really hard for friends to sleep together. The quality of shampoo is bad. It makes my hair become sticky

Acceptable. The lights are too dim especially for elderlies. The heater keeps turning off and cannot be turned on again while bathing.

Very good property just a few minutes walk to Maya Mall. Nice room and very clever use of space. Good breakfast and a very pleasant stay visiting Chiang Mai.

Of our 2 month tour of Thailand this was one of our favourite places to stay! Though a little noisy at night due to location, we were close to amazing eateries and shopping mall. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and uniquely laid out, there is was gym, pool and restaurant of which we would use to end our days of exploring parts of Chiang Mai in comfort. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Staff are all courteous and prompt to your needs. An electric short circuit broke out when we plugged in their kettle but the problem was solved quickly. There might be some noises outside at night up to around 11:xx pm as there are live bands in nearby hotels.

Great hotel in a top location, a few minutes walk to the fun packed Nimman action. Great location for getting anywhere else in the city using Grab or your own car. Highly recommend!

Reasonably priced with location quite close to the town with walking distance. Breakfast was brilliant.

The hotel is located very close to the nearby shopping malls and commercial streets, but because it is close to the roadside, it will feel a bit noisy when sleeping at night. The room is clean and comfortable, but the arrangement inside the room is a bit confusing. The air conditioner blows directly on the bed. It is cold when the air conditioner is turned on, and a bit hot when it is turned off. hope the hotel can change the position of the bed. The hotel has a gym, which is very small. Some of the equipment is broken, and the ones that are not broken are not very useful. The treadmill will trip people, so it is better not to use it. The staff is very kind and friendly, and will patiently answer and solve various problems. There are also cold drinks for guests in the front lobby.

Mine 1st choice hotel whenever i visit Chiang Mai. Near shopping mall,eatery and massage just opposite. Coin laundry provided. Comfortable bed and super nice breakfast provided. Definitely highly recommend!
