Service was excellent! Staffs were nice and attentive. Room is quite old but clean. Bathroom is spacious and has big bathtub. There is a welcome gift when checking in (2 Evian bottles and some snacks) It’s a 15 mins walk to night bazaar market and it’s very easy to find local restaurants around. Definitely be back again!

Excellent property, very good location walkable to night market. The hotel provided complementary upgrade to the room, gift hamper and fruit plate which was really a nice gesture - a truly sign of a 5 star property. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. A must visit hotel.

Very nice hotel located in the centre of Chiang Mai. Very close to night market. A free gift from the hotel is given to all rooms upon arrival. The staff are super friendly, especially the breakfast area.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic . We had a suite that had fresh fruit and flowers in it , two Japanese style toilets , a HUGE bath andn2 big rooms . Also there was a microwave in the kitchen area . The staff could not have been any better . From front of house to the bell boys they were superb . The bar was run extremely well with the cocktails being made to our spec perfectly . Breakfast had a huge choice of both local and European food and the staff there were really attentive to clearing tables as well as helping with coffee etc All in all I would happily give the whole experience 10 stars if I could . We have already booked for next year based on our last stay Thank all of you so much for making our stay with you such a perfect experience

This was our second time staying here. It is a great hotel. The amenities are great. The rooms are clean. The pool is wonderful. The welcome gift is also really nice.

Always my favorite hotel in Chiang Mai, but those who suffer for a quality breakfast will be very disappointed !

Really didn’t pay very much to stay here for 2 nights. Upgraded to corner room. Lovely and spacious. Immaculately clean. Bed was hard as previous comments but I slept great as very quiet. Breakfast was disappointing but front desk service was fantastic. Very good for what we paid.

Nice hotel, nice breakfast and pool is OK. It's not 5 star hotel, and not new. The beds are not comfortable, very stiff mattress. We received a nice welcome gift and fruit in the room, but we slept very bed. Will not come back. Staff is friendly.

Suite room was prefect for me, the staff was welcoming and everything was just prefect. Very new and well furnished.

The hotel service is good, the price is acceptable. But, the the toilet got some problems, it can not be flushed!

Nice clean hotel, courteous staff, walking distance to some local eateries. But the toiletries provided were sub-standard, not of 5-star standard.

The Hotel is new and in a quiet location S.E. of the old City, although still within reasonable walking distance to the East Gate. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean, with many fine attentive touches. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom great. One snag is that there is no cafe or restaurant after breakfast time, except the ones in the old Empress next door.
