Highly recommended hotel, every member of staff at the hotel was exceptionally friendly. We were greeted with a welcome tea at check in and had our room decorated with care, which was much appreciated. The hotel was superb and the breakfast was excellent. Would choose this place again!

The resort is located just near the main river of Chiang Mai with a nice view. Its decoration is simple beautiful.

Stylish and comfortable room in relaxing river setting. Competitively priced Reasonably easy access to Old City via taxi or tuk tuk Good European and Asian breakfast options. Good cocktail range with ‘happy hour’ pricing available. Plunge swimming pool. Attentive staff

Overall, it is a very average place for the price they charge. Resort in their name is misleading. There are no facilities which can differentiate them from a hotel. Thai Food was pretty good (breafast very avg), though not much variety for vegetarians. Avoid if you are looking for a resort experience

A great location near airport, night market and many spas. All the staff there are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast beside the river was great wi the different varieties every day

Na Nirand is a beautiful and exceptionally well kept boutique gem of a hotel. The staff is outstanding in every way. Breakfast is excellent, and dinner should not be missed. The chef is five stars! The pool is relaxing and an oasis setting. The rooms are in spotless condition with traditional Lanna styling. Grand Lanna or better is my recommendation. Although the magnificent tree with mostly trimmed, I look forward to a return visit to Na Nirand to see it in full bloom.

The staffs are always attentive and kind. The room is clean. However their significant tree in the yard is sick so there are not many leaves. You can rent a bike here but it is served first come first in the morning. Not many choices for breakfast as a five star hotel.

Great location, near a night market, 10 minutes to the old town. Friendly staff. Breakfast is really good.

The facilities, the food of time restaurant and the overall services are excellent and fantastic. Special thanks to Geo for his email answering on all our queries before we come and his hospitality is great & offering free upgrade to Royal deluxe room and 30% off for the Spa with children and husband in one room. This hotel allows to borrow bikes for free and so chill & nice.

Romantic peaceful and just what we needed… rooms are comfortable service is terrific the breakfast is the best and the restaurant has a new menu. We love the pool the location we love all of it… can’t wait to come back

Amazing hotel! The pool is the focal point of the hotel and very relaxing. Happy hour drinks from 5-7pm are excellent. The staff are superb, and the hotel and rooms are very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide range of options, including western, Chinese and northern Thai options. There is also an egg and noodle station. The very-upmarket Rimping supermarket 5min walk across the river is great for stocking up on fresh fruit, drinks and other supplies. Great for couples or families with older children.

this was our second stay here. In the last stay, memorable environment with the big tree as it landmark. unfortunately, during this visit, the condition of the tree is not so good. also, the varieties of foods is limited in the breakfast, may be another area that can be improved.
