Stayed over the weekend in Chiang Mai, really enjoy it. room: new, super spacious room, cozy wooden vibe, bathtub is a bonus breakfast: nice variety, egg station, coffee & tea, salad, thai & western food to choose location: near tha pae gate. walkable to many location, easy to find car on app too

The food can be prepared more variety to choose. Also improve the aircon sound in the room.

Comfortable stay. Fresh n clean beddings. Clean and huge bathroom. Enjoyable breakfast. Awesome staff.

the location is good, so close to the sunday market and many spas! their breakfast are good too, recommend for living. i might go again if i go to chiang mai later

Gevlucht uit Harmonize hotel en naar dit hotel gegaan. Een verademing. Schoon en nieuw en rustig gelegen in het centrum. Goe ontbijt, nette kamer, goede bedden. Gemotiveerd personeel wat Engels spreekt.De gym is klein: 4 apparaten en het zwembad is L vormig. Baanfjes trekken gaat niet, maar verfrissend. Een aanrader!

跟家族一起出遊， 泳池設施很棒適合白天太熱在泳池游泳 大廳的服務人員親切且專業。 早餐提供的樣式很齊全，入住空間大， 飯店電視可看Netflix 還有YouTube❤️

호텔 위치나 분위기는 아주 만족합니다. 청결은 정말 최악이었습니다. 도착하자마자 키를 받고 문을 여는 순간 꿉꿉한 냄새가 나서 너무 실망을 했습니다. 다음 날 방을 바꿔 달라고 해서 다른 방을 가봤지만 역시 똑같은 냄새가 나더라구요 그래서 바꾸지 않고 4박을 지냈습니다. (에어컨 24시간 켜 놔야함) 방에 침구도 교체하지않아 교체해달라고 부탁해서 교체 했습니다. 여기 직원들도 친절 하지 않아요 다음에 가면 여긴 오지 않을 듯 합니다.

결론 부터 친절 청결 서비스 없는 기본없는 곳 이렇게 상세히 적는 이유는 2일간 너무 기분이 안좋아서 여행의 일부를 망쳤음 다른분들에게 조금이나 도움이될까해서요 2시 체크인 엄수 입실했더니 사용한 핸드타월이 보임 샤워타월은 없음 사진같이 두개 저렇게 걸려있어 데스크로 사진보여주며 얘기했으나 이해조차 못함 다른직원에게 얘기해서 수건 받아옴 황당 가방을 선반위에 놨더니 먼지가 날리고 있음 물티슈로 닦고 침대에 앉으니 침대헤드에 저렇게 먼지가 뭉쳐있음 다음날 청소요청했으나 먼지청소는 안됨 너무 더러워 여행와서 직접청소함 리뷰보면서 불친절한건 알았지만 어느누구도 인사한번 미소한번 짓지않는다 눈인사한 내가 더 민망 여기는 손님을 손님으로 안보는듯 3성급 바로옆 호텔보다도 못함 헬스장에 러닝하러갔는데 태국에도 그 흔한 정수기하나없고 수건 당연히 없다 이유는 벌금내역을보고알게됨 테이블위에 각종 벌금내역프린트해놓음 여행을 엄청다닌 우리도 이렇게 상세한 벌금내역은 처음 본다 사진있음 물 얼마한다고 2병제공 그외 구매하라함 고급호텔 흉내내고있음 (치앙마이호텔 중 물 상시제공하는 호텔이 엄청많고 정수기도 흔함 ) 조식당에서 더 황당 아이스제공 룸서비스로 안됀다고 해도 이 더운지역에서 커피가 아이스는 불가하단다 온리 핫커피만 시설도 별거없는데 서비스는 더 없고 기본은 더더 없다 여행을 많이 다니기에 시설안좋아도 기본이 된 호텔들에 만족이 높았었는데 여긴 기본이 자체가 안돼있어 안바뀔듯
