This property was decent for the price. Excellent view of the mountains and well lit. The only issue I had was that it was a little dirty and the beds were old and haggard. What can you expect for the price, overall I was happy with it.

The hotel is badly maintained, room is dirty, sink is broken, overall, the photos of the hotel needs to be updated to its current condition. Its terrible.

Have been here so many times in a month. Great location, In city center. Walking distance to morning market and even night street foods too. Room cleanliness was average. Well be here again.

Run don't walk from this hotel! Unclean, unhelpful staff & on a noisy road!

The location is closer to banks, and food outlets. It’s also close to the US consulate where I wanted to go. Rooms are very big but there is no fridge. The bedding is not as clean as I would have expected. However, it’s worth the price

Bathroom drainage is smelly. The car park can afford only 4-5 cars and the space is very tight. The only good thing is the mountain view outside the window.

The location is very good. After reading ssome reviews I did not expect mich about cleanliness but still once we arrived the room, bedding, bathroom all wete quite not so clean... hope the hotel can improve about this point. Photo taken near the hotel.

The room is dirty as if it hasn't been cleaned. There's bird droppings all over the balcony. The bathroom smells. There's fluff on the bed.

The hotel seems nice from the exterior because there is a tiny balcony. However, the room is quite dirty. Even though it’s spacious, the floor is dirty. There are ants. The worst is the toilet. Given the price, I can’t complain much but I won’t stay here again.

Location is very near to old city and many spots to explore. facilities are weak due to lack of employee.

Close to the main area of downtown Chiang Mai but still away from the noise. Nice place.

I don’t recommend this place for anyone, the cleanliness is terrible, it comes with smell like old room, no filling amenities. I have to wait for staff to check in about 30 mins and check in is about 1 pm, the location is in u turn.
