We would like to assure you that we always change the bed sheets and blankets with fresh ones after every cleaning, and we never reuse linens. Additionally, upon inspection, the bathroom shown in the photo you provided does not match the bathrooms in our hostel.We would also like to inform you that if your stay coincided with the Songkran Festival, it is possible that any skin irritation you experienced could have been caused by the water used during the festival, which is beyond the hostel’s control.We truly appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration for future improvements. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again.Sincerely,Cumpun hostelเรียน ท่านผู้เข้าพักทางโฮสเทลขออภัยเป็นอย่างสูงหากท่านไม่ได้รับประสบการณ์ที่น่าประทับใจในการเข้าพักครั้งนี้ ทั้งนี้ ทางโฮสเทลขอยืนยันว่าได้มีการเปลี่ยนผ้าปูที่นอนและผ้าห่มใหม่ทุกครั้งหลังการทำความสะอาด และไม่เคยนำผ้าปูผืนเดิมกลับมาใช้ซ้ำ อีกทั้งจากการตรวจสอบพบว่าภาพห้องน้ำที่ท่านแนบมานั้น ไม่ตรงกับสภาพห้องน้ำของทางโฮสเทลแต่อย่างใดทางโฮสเทลขอเรียนเพิ่มเติมว่า หากท่านเข้าพักในช่วงเทศกาลสงกรานต์ เป็นไปได้ว่าผิวหนังของท่านอาจมีอาการระคายเคืองจากน้ำที่ใช้ในการเล่นสงกรานต์ ซึ่งอยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของทางโฮสเทลทางเราขอน้อมรับข้อเสนอแนะของท่านไว้เพื่อปรับปรุงการบริการ และหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าจะมีโอกาสต้อนรับท่านอีกครั้งในอนาคตขอแสดงความนับถือCumpun hostel
