We loved our stay at Khum Phraya Resort. It is one of the best resort we have been to so far. Having the most beautiful swimming pool that we can view from the above room or right next to your door. Food is lovely and hotel staff is friendly. We have all we want in this place. Such a lovely resort in Chiangmai

In room mold everywhere they try paint it but common it everywhere for price they asking not good deal rip of very old we have hard time to charge are phones . We have pool room but it cold anyway , around hotel nothing nice , but hotel kind of look like jungle with is nice breakfast ok nothing special not for that price , massage prices very high , in general there nothing to do in Chian May everything too far I mane mistake to come here at all

Loved the mature landscaping. Pool was beautiful. Breakfast was tasty.

Great staff, but room was a bit dirty and dated. The mattress was soft.

Lovely place.

We both got sick from khao soi soup. Service at pool non existing. Had to walk into the restaurant to order more drinks and then again to pay. Roomservice in evening didnt answer phone 20min before closing. Called front office to help in this situation, they said sorry cant help you. Like, didnt even bother to hesitatw. Breakfast buffet later in the morning luke warm food. Not sure what is happening F&B wise on management level. From 02.30 till 04.30 had loud french people talking on the balcony keeping us awake. No faith in front office to help, so didnt bother then and accepted a bad night sleep. Shower options worked poorly. Hygiene was ok, but nosquitos plenty. Garden surrounding hotel was beautifull. Wont be enough to stay again. Neither will i go to Centara again. Spend 20 euro more and stay at any marriott. Dissapointed.

Enjoyed our stay in Centara. Got upgraded to a room with direct access to pool. Especially liked the spa in the bathroom. Staff were friendly and gave good advice about getting around in Chiang Mai.

☆란나 풀빌라 예약자 필독☆ 1채에 6인이 머물 수 있는것 처럼 되어있으나 잘못된 안내임 2인룸3개와 가운데 전용풀장(벽에 이끼 상태로 보아 이용 불가)+단체이용 가능한 독채 거실로 구성(총4개동) 모기의 습격을 용인하고 왔다갔다 하겠다면 괜찮으나 우리팀은 결국 공용풀 이용+외부로 놀러감 공용풀 바로앞 2인룸 3개가 반값으로 훨씬 나은 컨디션임 (룸 크기 자체는 2배쯤 차이나지만, 마사지룸-마사지사가 평일 4명이라 결국 이용 못함, 외부 욕조는 모기천국 제외하면 큰의미 없는 듯) 호텔 전반에 대한 평가 - 위치 : 가장 큰 빅c 도보이용이 가능한 위치, 시내 왔다갔다 할 예정인 날은 비추 - 시설 : 전체적인 조경등은 괜찮으나 모기 + 아침에 새들이 해주는 모닝콜 + 노후된 시설은 감안해야함 - 전반적으로 작은 리조트이고 식음료 업장의 맥주 가격은 사악함(400바트, 룸서비스 가격표가 더 저렴한게 함정이었음), 조식은 여러 후기처럼 비추 - 공용 풀 : 그나마 양호하나 바에 연결 된 바는 담당직원이 없어 이용 불가이고, 풀사이드빌라(1층) 제외하면 마땅히 쉴 공간이 부족함 + 생각보다 이용시간이 애매함 - 마사지 : 가격은 좀 있는것 같고, 란나 풀빌라의 경우 방문마시지도 가능한 듯 하나 6인룸인데 비해 마사지사가 5명이 안된다고 안내, 이용 못함) 담당직원들은 친절하고 트립닷컴의 잘못된 안내에 대해 매우 미안해함(왜 1채라고 안내됫는지 본인들조차 이해 못함) 사실상 풀빌라는 이용 자체가 적은듯(중앙 풀을 마주한 풀사이드 2인룸은 괜츈할듯) 이상 36에 훨씬 나은 경험을 할수있었는데 안내페이지에 속아 70만원의 멍청비용을 지출한 사람의 후기였음(트립닷컴 보상안은 결제가의 10% 캐쉬적립이었음 ㅎ..)

房間是典型的蘭納風格，房間後門出去就是泳池，非常方便，不過水太涼了，所以衹遊了一次。 設施：房間裏的浴缸是帶按摩功能的，淋浴也帶多個噴頭，很舒服。床頭有USB充電口。 衞生：挺乾淨的，有蚊子，但是這在所難免。 環境：非常漂亮，泳池的設計非常好。 服務：服務員都很有禮貌。 門口有停車場，停車很方便，旁邊是個會議中心，門口有個更大的停車場。出門幾十米就有711，還有葯店。

酒店旁邊是一個卡拉OK，晚上10 點後一直吵到1 點。白天一早已經在唱歌。原本來安安靜靜度假，可是卻解決不到這個問題。酒店設施很少，游泳池太冷，冬天不能下水。下午3:30 回到房間，發現還在清潔，第二天就完全沒有進來過清潔。
