The hotel is a bit far from the city centre but they offer so many activities to occupy you. Highly recommended.

Amazing service, rooms have so much space

Very clean and worthy

The room that we stayed in had a sewage smell in the bathroom that could not be removed with sanitizing and deodorizing..We requested for a different room after the first night and were changed to a different room after the second night when the room became available. The staff were apologetic about the inconvenience and did their best to help us with the move. I hope the hotel look into the issue and get the plumbing checked. The hotel was otherwise an excellent one. We like the garden, the cafe, the clean bedroom, nightly warm drink, and also our Pilates class.

Overall a pleasant stay. The location is a bit far from town area, where most of the activities are. So we had to spend more on Grab to go about.

Beautifully designed hotel not too far from the city. Our family suite room was well-designed, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff is attentive and professional.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The hotel’s amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. Overall, I highly recommend welladee for anyone looking for a pleasant stay. I can’t wait to return

Booked for my family ( mum, sister & me) a connecting room. It was a family suite, with a living room and master bedroom with a queen bed + another room with 2 single beds. Came equipped with a mini kitchen, laundry machine, big fridge and all the cutlery too! Was really impressed with the amenities provided 👌🏻Room was impeccably clean & water pressure + heater was working well. The living room was perfect for relaxing after a long day out or eating snacks that we bought from the day’s trip. The hotel pool was clean and decent sized, with a steam room, small gym ( treadmills + some free weights). I went for a private Pilates class in the hotel’s wellness facility & the instructor guided me along in English quite smoothly 🥰 Everything in this hotel was perfect, zen garden with a beautiful Koi pond + a very instagram worthy wooden spiral staircase in the middle! 👀✨ The only thing I would gripe about perhaps is the location is a just a little far from the old city where the hubbub is for you to visit the markets & bars! But nothing a quick 100 baht grab ride in can’t fix 🫶🏻 the cab drivers are familiar with the hotel’s location ☺️ Also breakfast is not provided 🙃 and has to be paid separately at 400baht per person which is a little pricey compared to the other hotels in Thailand. It’s a fixed set as well which you have to select from :( It’s a huge breakfast with mains, salad, cut fruit, hot coffee/tea, glass of milk , orange juice & small serving of yoghurt. You’re better off ordering ala carte from their Welladee Cafe, their food range is bigger + their coffee is really good ♥️ Highly recommend their NZ beef krapow, I miss it already 🥲 Over all I would rate this 4.5/5 ⭐️ and definitely would be recommending Welladee for a good stay in CNX🌼

Location is a little off the action. Ok if you drive. Service is standard, nothing to shout about. Room is big with a living room. Was probably designed as an apartment. Nothing much around the neighborhood.
