It’s less than 1km to reach Thapae gate by walk, located at the back alley but it’s pretty common in thailand. Small cafe but breakfast is pretty decent with the price I paid.

service is the best, all staffs are kind and helpful. rooms are big and bed comfortable. breakfast also nice. location good for young people because all market are walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay at Thapae Twins, Chiang Mai. The breakfast was good with a nice variety, menu has some changes everyday and the scrambled eggs/omelette is well made. They even have a small lego play area for kids. Distance to food, massage and night markets are good. Kudos to the friendly staff. We had a restful night as it is quiet there.

Very good, small and cosy hotel. With very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and great breakfast! The rooms are large and nicely decorated. Everything was really good! The only small complain would be - the sound isolation is not the greatest and I could hear speech and TV from other rooms. But overall all guests were quiet and it never really bothered me. Will definitely stay there again next time I’m in Chiang Mai. Highly recommend.

Great choice. All hotel staff are very nice and helpful what helped to order green bus tickets ets, borrow my needle and threads to mix up my bag, deliver things to my friend via grab. The breakfast is also yummy. The location is very convenient to bazaars.
