Nice hotel located 5 mins drive from nimman area. Very clean and nice bed with nice shower room and special hotel shampoo and shower gel

The hotel was good, but they really need to fix the internet speed! The manager, was amazing, he upgraded my room!

New hotel and the quality of bed is good. However, the lamps were a bit close to the bed.

Besides giving us a spacious room for 3 adults and 2 kids, we are a bit down with the attention giving by the hotel. 1st - clogged shower room caused flooding to the room then we need to be relocated to other room in the late night. 2nd - no chairs or table provided eventhough a microwave (with left over / KFC from the previous guest) and fridge are provided. Weird right? Expecting us to drink or eat by standing alone? 3rd - our room is without any windows which can give you peace of mind to sleep? I guess. Lastly, pls ask kettle from the receptionist if you need to make hot water.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable, very nice service staff.

Overall a nice and pleasant stay, location is great and rooms are cleaned daily and well. staff are wonderful too.

Excellent price and location. Slightly drawback was room had smell of cigratte during check in. Suggested hotel to have stricter reminder to guest, especially Chinese guest who mostly smoke inside room. Anyway, smell was no longer realize after 3rd day after air conditionioning.

Pros: - The room is clean and spacious enough for comfort. - wi-fi connection speed is good and stable. - The cost is budget-friendly. Cons: - Some staff have no smile. - The room is quiet but noisy in mornings. - The location is somewhat distant from restaurants and shops, making it less convenient to reach them on foot.

The bathroom is very humid, and there are lots of live insects crawling around.

Big enough room and quiet place. Good to access Niman places in Chaing Mai and night markets around the reaidence.

Spacious and clean room. The only drawback is my room has no window view.

The hotel itself nearby main road and walking distance to Nimmanhaemin but in the back which is crowded area very dark and scary to walk through the room is big but the bathroom is too small for toilet the facilities is good as standard unfortunately they not 24 hours for front desk and the night my room up stairs very noisy from so one walks a lot .
