Bella Nara Hotel Chiang Mai recensioner

Staff were friendly but the service style is a little old fashioned. We had to wait until exactly 3pm to check in, there are signs in the room warning of charges for stained sheets or towels and we are asked to wait 5 minutes at check out for someone to check the room for damages. The room is beautiful in an old colonial style. It can be a little noisy but not a big problem. It was incredibly clean and lots of storage. The breakfast is also great with a good selection of local and international food. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had an excellent experience.

We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel was so pretty and clean. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Very close to the airport. We would stay here again.

Location wise is close to One Niaman, about 5 minutes walk. Free carpark. One welcome drink to be served for eack check in. Didn't try their breakfast as plenty of restaurant near by but most restaurants will open at 8am.

Located on main road, basically going to everywhere in city within 10~15 mins driving distance. Room is spacious, hygiene is superb, lighting, toilet and shower are good too. A very comforable stay for 5 nights. there is also welcome drink provided in the bar would be better if there are charging near the both side of the bed.

The staff is very friendly , Jus the hotel soundproof need to improve a bit as I can keep hearing people walking by

Please be careful when staying here. failed management and without liability I contacted the hotel and they were silent. Not sure if Trip.com wants to help fix it or not.

Amazing place, amazing service, stayed in a couple of places in Chiangmai and this was by far the best and the most affordable.

Very convenient location which is close to the main landmark, one nimman. There are so many famous cafe and massage nearby. Highly recommend going to mother cows at nighttime for the fresh milk slushy.

Overall very nice stay. Staff are friendly and cheerful: the only problem is the internet connection is not very stable when my room is on the ground.

The place is visually stunning worth every ฿ you spend. The decoration and exterior design are all very unique. Located near Niman street where everything is there. Definitely come back here
