I stayed here a few times before and love it here. I am happy to see that they can make it looks as good as what I have in my memories, after the big floods. The river may not be the most beautiful river but the landscapes of the hotel gave a very good complement to it. Breakfast was very good, as always.

Spacious room and nice hotel ground. Some hardwares in the room are showing signs of age and room temperature is on the warmer side. It’s a decent hotel but lacking warmth in other hotel I visited. The typical Marriott hotel. Had the best latte at Latest Recipe. Thai dinner was good with attentive service. Afternoon tea at Favola with river view was pretty and lots of food.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel in Chiang Rai, which might very well be the finest accommodation in the entire area. Everything about our stay was remarkable, from the stunning ambiance to the impeccable service. The rooms were beautifully appointed with all necessary amenities and more. One minus: the beds were a bit uncomfortable. However, Breakfast deserves special mention - an outstanding selection served in a lovely atmosphere that started each day perfectly. The staff went above and beyond with their attentive and friendly service throughout our stay. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone visiting Chiang Rai. We will certainly be returning on our next visit to the region.

Room was big with high ceiling. Beddings very comfortable. Uses malin+ goetz toiletries. Good spread for breakfast, tasted great too!
